Water Softener not cleaned
Engineer arrived on time.replaced my water filter however he asked me to remove the salt from the bottom of water softener myself.I suppose it is part of his job to put the water softener in running condition.It is not worth to pay €180 for just checking the water softener.

I recently had a water service appointment with Culligan, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The customer service team was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was arranged smoothly, made booking the appointment effortless and were happy to answer all my questions with patience and clarity.
When it came to the service itself, the engineer was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable ( I forgot his name). He took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless afterward. Thank you.

Your man tipped salt on the ground next to a growing plant and then tried to make excuses. He didn't ask if he could do it and I was furious when I discovered what he had done. I do not want him here again. I have a photograph of this.

Honesty
Your serviceman arrived at38 seconds after 10am and was gone by 10.15.am. I spoke to your office last week about how I was taking over from my husband who has been diagnosed with memory problems.I wanted to ask your serviceman some questions. As I came down the stairs he said hello as he was flying out the door. I paid your bill but was not very pleased.
