However, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because they advertise an average of 1-5 business days, and for me it was more like 3 weeks. AT&T USA premium unlock service only took a few days and worked perfectly fine! I unlocked from AT&T and was able to use another (Ting) SIM, activate, get signal, and make a call with no problems and didn't even need to restart!

These guys are great! My mother-in-law found an iphone 11 that was crushed in the road. After reporting it to the police and posting on social media about it, they said after 30 days we could do whatever we wanted with it. So I repaired the screen and just used it around the house on wifi only. I figured I would try to bring it to T Mobile to add a sim to it.
