CVS was entirely professional, entirely reasonable, and always available to answer any questions. I never felt that CDS was looking to sell me the most expensive generator. Rather, I was convinced they wanted to sell me the right generator for my home, without regard to increasing their own revenue by suggesting a larger generator. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I finally got the generator I could only think about the last 10 years.

CDS did a great installation of my new 24KW Generac generator with two Transfer panels. The way they installed the electrical cables and gas line was very orderly and clean. I would have no problem recommending CDS to my friends and family.

Good install, but I wish I knew ahead of time I would need my solar company to verify the installation. I am losing money everyday until my solar company can schedule an electrician to come here and turn my solar panels back on. Had I known prior, I could have had it scheduled for right after the install.

Poor communication long periods of time with no updates. Workers did not use shoe covers when entering the house. Tracking mud and debris thru house. Left electrical debris in driveway (screws and pieces of scrap tin metal). Installed ATS box incorrectly so did not pass inspection must be remove to another area on a brick wall. Asking for final payment before final inspection done which failed extending contract date for completion time.

Our generator had its annual maintenance check up by your company. Your service technician came on time and made sure everything was working before he left. I appreciated the confirmation txt the day before!
