They get the job done! CDS has been servicing my generator for years. Everyone I have ever dealt with is always helpful and friendly. From scheduling to service, they do a great job.

The technicians arrived as planned and accomplished what was necessary for the service. They were personable and professional.

I have successfully made the appointment for service. The person assisting me with that was courteous and efficient.

I purchased an 18KW generator from CDS in 2022 and their service has been outstanding. Denise the Service Supervisor has been great to work with and totally customer oriented. I recently had an issue that required a part replacement that was on back order Denise was instrumental in locating a hard to find part. She received the part and dispatched Chris the Service Technician who installed the part and got the generator back online.They were outstanding for the install and follow up service.Top notch!

Mike and Angelica who helped us at CDS were very professional and answered every question we had about installing a whole house generator. They handled every detail from the first to the last step of the installation process. They made it so easy for us to get this job finished.

The service call from CDS was very good. The tech was thorough and explained what was going on. I thought that we had a dead battery but the tech showed me that it was still good. He reset the unit and it is working fine.

Our installer was really knowledgable of the Charge Point EV product as well as residential electrical as a whole. The install went well and he kept us update throughout the process. The work area was kept clean and the install looked nice and professional at the end.

He was right on-time, very pleasant and went out of his way to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the service. I was very pleased and grateful to have found this service through Home Depot!

Excellent response and service from Denise Brune. Prompt phone response and the techs did good repair work.

I didn't have to be home; however, it took forever to have a service and cost me additional money to have another company to replace the battery.
