The 3 tech's, Brandon Stanley, John Sebek and Nate Koerner. This crew was outstanding. They know what to do and do it exceptionally well. CDS really are the experts at installing Generac generators. Even the Howard county inspector was impressed with their work. I would highly recommend CDS if you want the best tech's doing your generator install.

We were very pleased with the CDS Tech. We could not be there doing the repair so he called us with his recommendations and sent us a text on what product would work on the ants. He was very knowledgeable,

Mike, my installer and quote drafter, was amazing. He actually listened to what I was asking for and quoted me exactly what I wanted. However, the back office could use some improvements - scheduling was delayed and they didn’t know/understand that my installer could have also done the liquid propane work, which would have saved me the extra fees and coordination with my propane supplier. Overall a good experIence made much better by Mike!

The company was very knowledgeable in the installation process and kept us abreast in every step. The install was done either care. My house was cared for and clean no mess left behind.

Communication with office staff was frequent and courteous. Technical teams sent to the house were all highly competent -- all work was done right the first time.

Your service professional was very responsive. He not only serviced my generator but also alerted me to other issues. He was the only one who fixed the remote controller — after 20 years in which each grout gave one excuse or other. He knew his job and did not hesitate to call someone for help when needed. Please ensure he is assigned to me next year.

First and foremost, I appreciate Jon being on time. Being on time, is the most professional attribute of a person and the company. He was able to get there early and finish early which gave me time to take care of other things. He gave me detailed step by step instructions on what had to be done to install the EV charger. My drywall in the ceiling had to be cut open, but overall it was very neat clean cut. The work looks great, the charger was installed very neatly, and works perfect! Greatly appreciate the overall professionalism.

The team was great! They kept me informed the whole way with regards to the status of the permit, additional information needed and the installer was great. He did a fantastic job with the level 2 charger. The only downside is that I need to patch the drywall holes that were cut and put in the necessary wood to reattach the drywall.

I had requested and purchased a EV Home Installation in December 2024. I am completely being ghosted for any support, I’ve had my installation delayed and fought for to be installed 2 months later. I have a huge strip of hole in my wall from the installation and have been waiting 4 weeks now for an inspection before getting it repaired. This company is ignoring my calls and emails, can’t seem to get a response or estimate for my inspection, and complete radio silence. I regret choosing this sham and shady company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam.

It was easy to re-establish our maintenance plan after it lapsed. No contact appointment was handled without issue and timely. Summary receipt provided allowing us to know what requires attention and the overall status of the generator.
