Lamont was incredibly helpful; he got my dvr fixed and back in record time. I know no technical information at all, and he was tremendously patient and knowledgeable. Huge thanks to him.

Spoke to Lamont who not only got them up and running again but also managed to re focus 2 cameras that had drifted slightly out of focus

CCTV Direct Leeds, Fantastic company to deal with. Called me back as promised within 5 min. Listened to my problem and resolved straight away.

I had a technical issue when installing a new hard drive to an NVR. The passwords on the cameras somehow reset and then differed from the NVR password so only half of them were working. I called CCTV Direct Tech Support who logged in to the NVR remotely and remedied the issue in minutes. Both I and my customer were over the moon with the help and support provided in such a timely fashion.
