Daniel and Adam were great in resolving an issue I had with one of my cameras, replacement sent with no hassle.
They tried resolving the issue with logging in, but it didn’t work with the condensation in the lense, we changed to a turret camera instead of a dome with lense

Great assistance from Dan re changing the IP address of a camera not connected to the NVR. All sorted by him in a few minutes but it would be so much simpler if there were a set of instructions available online for registered installers that we could refer to out of hours.

Very patient and understanding. Need to be to deal with me... Fro sales to tech pleasure to work with.
