This team member always goes above and beyond to make sure you are walked through in simple steps with any technical problems. Great tech back up , always pleasant to talk to and on an engineer level , not like a tech guy who talks to you like you have just landed from another planet ,use tech guys when quoting IP. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Adam who could not of been more helpful considering I was not an existing customer. His help and knowledge enabled me to reset a system which had gone slightly off course. Will definitely use in the future
