Asked for a quote, firstly their email didn’t work. Secondly after calling they still haven’t answered my quote. 24 hours no response. What’s the point?

Dangerous and hostile, Witnessed one of this companys lorry's thus morning pull out on alot of people on a busy round about and when one care gave him a light bib to let him know people were coming he slammed his breaks on and stared down the driver for a bout 10 seconds then very slowly pull off, if this is them driving around I cant imagine how unprofessional they are on site operating the forklift on the back of the lorry.

CCF Manchester - Every time I have been to collect/purchase multi finish it's been a pleasure. I usually deal with Paul and Wes who have always been polite, professional and helpful. Especially last week (First week of September 2026) as Wes helped me load up as I had a foot injury. He's always ready to help and is great to chat with.

Thank-you and long may they continue serve me/us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although the yard staff went home the men in the office made sure to get me what I needed

Service, stock and pricing always perfect

Tracey and Lee, were amazing extremely helpful, look forward to doing lots more business with them in the future.

Just have to give a special mention to Debbie at CCF Manchester branch. I had an urgent order that I needed for the next day and she managed to pull it off for us. Was very helpful, friendly and quickly sorted everything within 10mins of the phone call. Amazing service!!

Absolutely great service the people on the desk are so helpful and experience really recommend CCF

CCF Crawley

CCF Leeds have quickly become our go to supplier.

The team on the sales counter are always decent, helpful and polite.
The quotes we get back are always in line or better than other companies

All round decent bunch

Prefer CCF Newcastle over other suppliers around the area.
Wait times aren't too bad but at busy times can wait longer.
Staff helpful and knowledgeable.
Always good crack.

As a construction supervisor running multiple jobs, having reliable suppliers is essential — and the Colchester branch has been outstanding for us. We deal with them on a daily basis for a couple of years now, often needing materials delivered urgently, and they have always gone above and beyond to help.

Their communication is excellent, deliveries are reliable, and the team is always professional and helpful, even under pressure they get deliveries bang on. It makes a huge difference working with a supplier you can genuinely depend on.

Highly recommended to anyone in the construction industry looking for great service and reliability.

We've been working with CCF Colchester for the last couple of years and honestly the service has been excellent throughout.

Gary Baylis and the team have always been extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Annie has gone above and beyond helping us with financing and support whenever needed, Tyler has always been very helpful on the day-to-day side, and Al has also been great to work with. The whole team at the Colchester branch have always made us feel looked after, even if I can’t mention everyone individually.

As a construction company spending significant amounts on materials every month, reliability and communication are very important to us, and the CCF Colchester team have consistently delivered on both. They’ve always tried to help us out with pricing, availability and solving problems quickly when needed.

It’s easy for people to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I thought it was only fair to leave one when a team genuinely does a good job.

Very pleased with the service and looking forward to continuing working together.

CCF Enfield I had to wait 1 hour for pre ordered material to be fetched from the yard to my van!!

I have been pull from one branch to another they don't give head office number like its more valuable than the hope diamond went to Basildon branch after talking to them several times no one told me they don't take money is this now the normal I asked to times different price twice first price £60 for tiles delivery £35 next time I enquiry £100 for tiles £90 for the delivery beware of this company no head office number no customer care what a shame all I wanted was some tiles to complete a job hmmmm

Just like to mention that Arun Santa and the team at CCF Wandsworth have been going above and beyond with some exceptional service provided to several sites in central London.
Keep up the good work guys

Utterly reprehensible company - I ordered 14 rolls of Knauf loft insulation thru Insulation4less who sourced the rolls thru CCF Norwich
They knowingly loaded 14 rolls of insulation onto courier van knowing they were soaking wet and unusable as loft insulation - disgraceful dishonesty
The courier driver told them they were soaking wet and would be rejected but CCF sent them anyway

The Birmingham branch I had really helpful experience with Ashley and Sona (amazing) but Adam was the most rude and unhelpful sales person I’ve ever dealt with!!!

Purchased 42 sheets of 100mm kingspan therma pitch from CCF East Kilbride branch , during installation in a room and roof trusse, it became clear that there was a manufacturing issue with foil on the board as delamination was taking place , the sheets have air bubbles all over , there is shrinkage on foil barrier, we contacted Paul herring govan branch CCF , who is the manager for east Kilbride branch, he was aware that there was issues with the kingspan product that he had sold us and has done nothing to rectify the problems, we have been in contact with travis Perkins group headquarters, we have contacted trading standards Scotland for there assistance in this matter we will post a update to the trade shortly.
