Done click and collect service. Melanie and issy so helpful had ordered wrong size by mistake change no problem. When I got there someone of our group wanted extra things they sorted no problem. Nothing seemed a problem just so helpful would recommend all day long

Great customer service and great products. I ordered 6 sombreros and they kindly granted my request of all different colours rather than the same. They were shipped the same day and are amazing quality.

I had a query with one of the items and when I messaged the company I was very impressed with the speed of their response and the way in which they resolved my issue. What great customer service. Ordered some batteries via the Range. Was sent to the wrong address and despite The Range unwilling to sort this out in three weeks they sorted it within two hours. Will recommend and use this company directly again and never again use The Range.

Perfect Resolution for Missing Order
I spoke with Melanie after discovering an issue with our order via Amazon, in that only half of the order was despatched. Melanie looked it into it and provided a perfect resolution in a very timely manner.
The customer service is top notch and I would have no hesitation dealing with them again.
