Wrong goods supplied
Wrong goods supplied - we ordered a Xmas snowflake and were sent a totally different product, much cheaper and different size. Contacted Cazaar and the supplier and they were useless. Copied the details of what we were buying and what we got to the support departments at Cazaar and their supplier and got no response. Avoid this company.

I love Fancy Dress were a pleasure to deal with. Clear instructions of what I needed to adhere to, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that a replacement costume will arrive in time for our Christmas Nativity. Cannot praise this company & it's staff enough. Very Professional

Customer Service above and beyond!
Customer service comes to the fore when something goes wrong (for whatever reason) but is remedied promptly and efficiently by the supplier. In my case a "stray" urgent parcel. Ms Melanie Bennett (Cazaar) addressed my issue regarding an incompetent local collection point and overcame the problem to my extreme satisfaction and beyond my expectation. Listened, empathised and provided a quick, effective and satisfactory solution. Now that IS customer service. I cant same the same for EBay "customer service" (non existent) courier or local collection point. Goods were completely as expected and good value for money. "It was alright on the night"

I needed a 70's outfit at the last…
I needed a 70's outfit at the last minute and decided to visit the warehouse just to see what I could get!!
Melanie could not have been more helpful and she was very knowledgeable with regards to sizings and garment care. I came away with a very reasonably priced complete outfit for that evening. Thank you Cazaar and a very big thank you to Melanie for all her help!

I purchased two HOMCOM bookshelves from Mhastar on Cazaar, and I am deeply disappointed. The shelves arrived with white paint stains on the sides and dark brown paint on the front, making them look absolutely terrible. We paid £200 for both, and as a "gesture of goodwill," we were offered a mere £15 refund—what a joke! Avoid this seller at all costs; it's a waste of time and money.

I had to ring Melanie because I had problems with Amazon and a return . She was extremely helpful , sent me a return label , making everything so easy . She was very friendly and patient, I am elderly and didn’t know how to work a QR code . I would highly recommend them for efficiency and friendliness.

I went direct to the warehouse.
I went direct to the warehouse in the hope to pick up some last minute Halloween bits on 31/10/24 and I was asked If I looked and booked online?, I said "no but I know what I want" and I got it straight away with no fuss at all.
I was served by 3 amazing people called Charlie ,Melanie & Issy and they was so professional & very helpful indeed.
Excellent customer service.
I give this company a 5 star rating.Thank you all.

Order cancelled - out of stock
Ordered several items. 2 out of 4 were cancelled and refunded as ‘our of srock’
Why have them for sale on the first place - just wasted my time and then couldn’t get replacements in time for when I needed them. Appear to do this a lot so clearly no stock control system in place as my items they didn’t have in stock were still listed for sale when they said they were out of stock!

I at the very last minute decided to go in fancy dress to a gig the weekend and didn’t want to spent too much on an outfit I’m going to Wear once. Found this place online. Headed down but it’s just click and collect but staff are amazing and let me pick an outfit while I was there. Definitely recommend and should I need a costume in the future I will definitely be returning. Thank you

Outstanding customer service from the team at Cazaar. I had an issue with my order as there was a missing item but after emailing the team, they got back to me on the next working day offering next day delivery of the missing items and a free returns label if I wished to return the order that had already been delivered. Really helpful and so appreciated! Thanks
