They are very misleading. They lure people in by cleverly using an email address/web address from the
purchaser’s country e.g. UK or NZ. The product takes ages to arrive and it’s cheap rubbish. Stay away.

No problems ordering and with delivery, I like the collar, helps keep my cat safe. What more can you ask?

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Ordered a tag and collar which a 3-5 business day delivery. After two weeks I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They said they would ship new tags out immediately. Two months later and still nothing.

I wasn't happy with the tags I had ordered, and originally gave this a 1 star review. That being said, after my review the company were very quick to arrange a return for the tags, so I'm only out the cost of return postage.

In the interests of clarity, my review of the suitability of the tags still stands:

The tag is way too big, the text is difficult to read on it and the split ring it is supplied with is too small to fit on to a cat collar.

On top of that, the delivery was incredibly slow, taking over 2 weeks to arrive.

We ordered two cat collars with two tags. The collars looked really nice on our cats, and the tags were beautiful and well crafted. They even offered to replace one of them after we told them we had made a mistake in the design. All very pleasant.

Easy to use website and great tags. Exactly what I needed. Delivery was slightly slower then expected, but didn’t bother me. Thank you!

Tags arrived in great condition, they’re nice and strong, and they’re exactly what I ordered and they look great on the cats!

Delivery time took longer then expected after giving a 5-7 day estimate it took 3 weeks. Reached out to customer service and they replied promptly within hours and advised the order was still on the way.
I do advise that they should try and provide tracking and estimate the delivery time better to give customers a piece of mind.

Oh dear - I wish I’d read these other reviews first. Seeing Cathay.co.uk I stupidly thought this was a UK based company. Nah. Now well into week 2 and still no delivery despite a 3-5 day delivery estimate. I’ve now had to buy 2 new collars and have 2 tags engraved locally. This will now be a waste of £30, if they ever arrive that is.

Really good cat tag - I didn't realise they were based in Switzerland, it took a little while for delivery but it did arrive

Cattag is a scam company pretend like they make sayesinde from uk! İt has been nearly a month my order didnt arrive. They can not provide tracking details, can not confirm delivery time. Dont order anything from this company. Waste money

This is one of many pet tag sites all pretending certain things that aren’t true: do not use. I wish I’d read reviews. Product comes from a very far away country, poor quality, late. Global scam.
