Had a fantastic experience shopping here for my MOB outfit. Shaleen was just amazing with helping me select outfits. Each outfit was given a hat, shoes and bag to try on too. I found the perfect outfit for my Daughters wedding next year. Complete with hat, shoes, bag and jewellery to match. Cannot fault this place.

Got a lovely outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Shaleen was very helpful. I’m looking forward to wearing it on the day.

I bought a dress in March for my daughters wedding at the beginning of August and didn’t have the greatest experience as there wasn’t a lot to try on in my size and didn’t like any of them so when I tried on the one I bought it was a beautiful dress and I liked it but on hindsight it is totally the wrong shape for me and after even losing a bit of weight still didn’t look great on me so I have worried about it since. I came back to the shop last weekend and took the dress and matching shoes and bag which cost me just over £1100 and tried it on before trying anything else on to let the assistant see it and it was agreed that the style and the colour really didn’t suit me. I tried a few different dresses including the same dress but in a darker colour, which did suit me a bit better but I was really disappointed that there was no come & go regarding possibly swapping the dress or even the bag & shoes to a different colour and would have to buy everything again. They did say eventually if I bought another dress they would give 10% off but was just really disappointed with them and their rigidity and no compassion for the situation I was in and the dress was still this years stock. I was also a returning customer having bought my outfit for my sons wedding 3 years ago. I would have liked a bit of honesty regarding the style when I purchased and only got that when I returned but nothing could be done.”
Yes it’s 4 months as all season stock arrives in store from Dec to Feb so pressure to buy early. The dress and shoes and bag are all UNWORN, brand new with tags still on!
and I did contact the store initially mid April but it was just over the 28 days so they wouldn’t do anything even at that early date. They would be able to sell these again no problem and absolutely no customer service. I have gone to another well known traditional MOB and MOG shop and purchased a new outfit and the difference in advice re shape and style to suit me was night and day.

We visited the store today and just want to say a huge thank you to Tanya and the rest of the team for turning our appointment into such a lovely experience. Tanya was very patient and knowledgeable and ultimately helped my mum find the perfect dress for my wedding. There was such a huge variety of outfits to choose from and the whole team were extremely friendly, easy to get along with and a credit to what they do. Thank you so much again for making us feel so welcome and at ease!

I was very hesitant about booking an appointment anywhere, but I am so pleased that I booked only one appointment - at Catherine's of Partick. I had an idea about what I wanted - a red dress for my wedding! Shaleen gave me options, there was no pressure at all - and I walked out 30 mins later with a fabulous dress! I loved it and it felt great on my wedding day. ☺️

Friendly and supportive from walking in the door. Asked the correct questions and understood what I was looking for. Plenty of choices and complimentary remarks.

Shaleen was very helpful. Made me feel very comfortable. I'd like more mirrors. One lady was in front of the mirror a lot of the time so I had to find another. Also more seats, which I know if difficult as it gets busy.

Really helped me out in a hurry when the wrong colour of hat had arrived from another supplier. Was able to come in and buy exactly what I needed. Felt fantastic and totally glamorous at the Royal Garden Party. My Mum also bought a large bright pink hat here for the same day and she loved it too. Thank you so much for making it so easy and fun to find our hats.

Following a disastrous early morning airport experience of delays, a missed flight, and an excessively priced last-minute ticket, I eventually arrived at Catherines of Partick, late and stressed. But that is when everything started to look bright and hopeful once again! I was warmly welcomed by Candice, who, having received my email regarding the delays and a ridiculously short shopping time, had everything in place for a pleasant and productive outcome.
I was helped by the lovely Katie, who was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. Despite having only 40 minutes in the store, I was suitably and happily dressed for my upcoming wedding when I left.
In a world of devices and Apps, it was truly refreshing to experience in person the service of well-trained, polite staff who fully understand the concept of customer care.
Of course, I should not have been surprised, because, from my very first online contact, I had received prompt and courteous replies from Candice and other staff members. They were always ready to offer the support and information I needed.
My thanks to Catherines of Partick for such a pleasant experience, and despite the distance, I will be back.

Totally recommend Catherine’s of Partick this is the 3rd complete outfit I’ve bought for weddings ..Shaleen was amazing ..I can’t thank her enough ..she had the insight to recognise exactly what I was looking for without me realising .. I went thinking I was going to get a particular dress I had seen on the website but ended up with the exact opposite ..I am so grateful to her for her recommendations ..even if I say so myself the overall outfit is stunning ..so looking forward to the wedding in August ..and also many thanks to the alterations lady who did a fabulous job ..I picked up my dress on Monday 23 rd June and when I tried it on I felt fabulous

Shaleen made the whole experience stress free and positive from the onset. She had patience and offered a wide variety of styles/choices and Advised on best styles for body shape. She was full of positivity after I had lost hope of finding the perfect dress. However I now have the most beautiful dress and can’t wait to feel confident at my sons wedding.

I had a lovely experience recently when shopping for my MOB outfit. I was helped by Shaleen to pick my perfect outfit. She was lovely and I felt she was honest in her opinion and really made me feel like I had picked the right one. I was really happy with the service overall from Shaleen. Just a small point but I do feel it would be good for customers to have somewhere to sit whilst waiting to be served. We were standing at the front of the shop but there wasn’t anywhere we could sit . I also do think it would be good if there were seats available for anyone who has come with you. My daughters were just standing outside the dressing room waiting for me to show them my outfits.

I had a fabulous experience on Saturday looking to find out what suited me for MOG outfit. I was accompanied by my 2 daughters, and we were all made very welcome. I was served by Shaleen who was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and consulted with my daughters too.
Such an enjoyable experience. I was made to feel so special and Shaleen was happy to bring lots of styles and colours for me to decide what exactly I was looking for.
I made a purchase and I am absolutely delighted with it..

I arrived a little early for my appointment and was met by Lisa who assisted me in choosing my outfit. I am MOG and was looking for something wow but was totally unsure of style or colour. We picked out a few dresses and after trying the first one where I liked the style but not the dress Lisa went and got me another one to try on. It was perfect 👌 She went and got a hat, it was certainly wow and made the dress more special. Shoes bag and jewellery followed and they were all excellent choices by Lisa and completely complimented my gorgeous dress. I did wonder if I should try a few more just to make sure this was the one but to be honest she nailed it. Left 45 mins after arriving with the full outfit a very happy and excited MOG. Totally recommend if your are looking for something special and unsure where to start. Lovely experience 🥰

Visited yesterday, Easy booking, friendly welcome, bright airy interior. Absolutely no pressure, felt had Roma’s full attention and care and that she understood what I looking for almost more than I knew myself! Her friendly manner made the whole experience of purchasing my Mother of Bride outfit into an enjoyable experience.

Ailsa was extremely patient and really listened to what my daughter wanted for her prom dress. It was a really positive shopping experience and resulted in a very happy girl! There was a lot of choice in both style and budget. A lovely atmosphere to the shop. Highly recommend.
