Had an exceptional experience at cathedral dental clinic. From dealing with the girls at the front desk to the treatment itself, it was seamless.
What could quite easily be a daunting experience for some, my experience with this dental practice has made me want to go back and continue dealing with the team. 5 stars

How professional and friendly all the staff are.

I was so stressed before i got there didnt think i would be able to go in never mind having any treatment but with the help of the staff and of cause antonio i soon settled down and ended up having a tooth out .cant belive the stress i put my self through before going there thank you all very much first rate

Dr Vida and her team are simply great. I have been using their services since 2010, and they have never let me down. I had two wisdom teeth removed without any pain or complications. They also helped me get a mouth guard, which has allowed me to sleep like a baby ever since. Dr. Vida genuinely cares about her patients and always does what is best for them. This has been my experience, as well as that of my friends who use her services.

We are on a trip from Australia visiting family in Cardiff and my daughter’s brace broke. After attempting to get appointments at a couple of different orthodontists who were extremely unhelpful, we thankfully came across Cathedral Dental Clinic. After walking in from the street and explaining the situation the lovely reception team arranged for us to have an immediate appointment to fix the brace. The whole experience was efficient and friendly and super quick. My daughter is no longer in pain and we can now enjoy the rest of our trip. Thank you so much team, we really really appreciate your help.

Once again a very calm, painless and perfect procedure from Dr Kolahi and her team. She immediately relaxes you and explains throughout exactly what is being done. I used to be a little nervous but I now look forward to being treated. Thanks again for such a good appointment Dr Kolahi 🙏🏻

Visiting Cathedral Dental Clinic is by far the best dentist experience! There is always a warm welcome, staff are super friendly and helpful. Cathy really knows her stuff and always takes time to go above and beyond to talk through options and make you feel at ease. Clearly a well managed clinic, appointments are always on time and the place is spotlessly clean. Happy customer, highly recommended.

I have a severe phobia of the dentist, Tony has been the most understanding and patient dentist I have ever had and makes the experience manageable in a way that I previously did not imagine possible.

The receptionist staff are very kind and helpful, there have been a few times they have had to deal with me in a state of anxiety and have been very understanding and supportive. They make the process of visiting the dentist very easy and I am grateful for the respect and care i have received from this department.

From my first appointment to my last I can only say that my experience with Cathedral dentistry was first class. I was concerned and was dreading the major surgery that I was having to undertake. I needn't have. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring.

I recently underwent a root canal treatment at Cathedral Dental Clinic and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the friendly receptionist who promptly checked me in and made sure I was comfortable. The clinic's waiting area was clean and relaxing, which helped to ease my pre-treatment nerves.

The dental assistant who prepared me for the procedure was kind and attentive, explaining what to expect and addressing any concerns I had. This helped to alleviate much of my anxiety about the treatment.

Dr. Serena who performed the root canal, was exceptional. She explained each step of the procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. Her calm demeanor and expertise were evident, which significantly contributed to a stress-free experience.The root canal procedure itself was virtually painless, thanks to the effective anesthesia and Dr. Serena's gentle technique.

The clinic's use of modern dental technology made the process efficient and precise. The imaging and instruments used were top-notch, ensuring a thorough and effective treatment. I was also impressed by the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the procedure.

The Dental Clinic is always spotless and tidy. The Reception Staff are always well presented and courteous.
The appointments are always on time and the dentists are extremely relaxed and therefore make the patients relaxed.
At one time a visit to the Dentist was feared but now a very pleasant experience.

I called today to enquire about treatment via BUPA Dental Policy, the receptionist didn't even let me finish my questions, she was hostile and told me that I have to pay £165 to get the information...I only wanted to know how to register and when I can book the appointment.
