Great experience
As a family we always have a great experience with Cathedral Dental Clinic. Great with children, all three of mine are always happy to go. I do feel they look after our teeth really well and the hygienist always leaves my teeth feeling really clean. Would highly recommend.

A great family dentist
Me and my family have been going there for years . In fact Dr Vida has pretty much seen the kids grow up the eldest is now 22! The service is impeccable, can’t thank Dr Vida and her staff enough, the children have always felt at ease with her. Just recently she spotted an issue with my eldest boys teeth , which she referred to the dental hospital, which thankfully is now in the process of being treated.

Very friendly and pleasant experience
Very friendly receptionists that made me feel welcome.
Dental staff were also very friendly and welcomed any questions I had and explained issues very clearly.
Only issue would be I felt a little rushed when leaving the room before understanding what the next steps would be. However, receptionists explained it all. Would definitely recommend the practice to anyone.

Calming experience
The reception was very welcoming and reassuring. The ambience was very calming , very good for nervous patients. The dentist herself was very calm and explained everything and made me feel safe . The dental nurse was also lovely and friendly. I have I going appointments and no longer dread the dentist .

Great practice
Great practice, very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly to me and in detail throughout my appointment and any questions i had were answered. Aftercare was great as well, you get a review of any findings and its straightforward to book another appointment.

Very well organised.
Very, very efficient ans friendly. Nobody surely likes going to the dentist. Both the check-up and hygien went well with good sound advice offered. My only concern is availability of space to park car - on street and very limited at any time of day.

Unfortunately, due to our prime location in Pontcanna, and being close to the city centre, it is not possible to offer private patient parking. However, there is free parking all along Cathedral Road and 2 hours free parking located in Llandaff Fields and Sophia Gardens carparks which are both approximately 100 Yards from our clinic.

Child’s filling
Dentist explained to patient (child) and parent what will happen, instruments to be used and what it feels like. Parent was able to hold child’s hand for extra reassurance whilst procedure was being done.

Great dental clinic
The clinic has friendly, understanding and accommodating reception staff and dentists. The service and advice you're given is excellent. Many people don't like going to the dentist for all sorts of reasons, but it's the opposite for me. Keep it up.

I was seen at very short notice.
I was seen at very short notice after loosing a bit of my tooth and given a temporary filling. I was advised about my next steps in a clear way. All staff I encountered were polite and friendly.

Excellent care and service
I've been using this clinic for years for general dentistry (check-ups, scale and polish etc.) for both myself and my son. The practitioners are fantastic: professional and always ready with support and advice. Those working on reception give 5* customer service.
