Good products, cosy browsing experience. Sometimes on the pricier side.

Your staff make your company a pleasure to visit and Purchase from. Very knowledgeable group of professional individuals which makes shopping at your Liverpool branch such a pleasure

Great company - high quality products and quick processing of orders

CASS Art is amazing. It has a good range of brands to choose from, but what stands out is there desire to help all standards of Artists, guide them through the pitfalls after the painting is complete to framing, exhibiting and Mall Galleries. Thank you.

Cass has a good range of products, normally at a good price. Orders are well packed and arrive in about three days.
Cass is good for branded products as well as its own brand.

Excellent customer service and great quality products

I had fun a lot while shopping in your store ,, hopping I come again

Click and collect order, I expected this would take max 1 hr, so I visit the store 3hrs later and my order wasnt ready. I had to buy the products again and ask for a refund on my original order.

Modern click and collect service is ready in under 1 hr, normally ready within 15mins.

Easy to use site. Good quality products sold at sensible prices.

All round very good and happy

I was pleased I could order over the phone. Confused by the receipt because it priced items which were free! Will check my account
Delivery by Evri was good

I popped into a London branch asked for advice about a feature I had seen online and the great assistance I received was first class. The kind assistant got onto the web, we found what I referred to and then gave me advice and pointed straight to the product I needed. In stock, I’d have never have found it without the help I received in store. Great.

Absolutely incredible quality, price and delivery.

Ordering was easy. The product was delivered in pristine condition and was delivered well within the expected timeframe.

Ordering process is straightforward, communication was good - emailed as order status changed, and staff in-store were friendly and helpful when I went to pick my order up.
