I love this shop. More postage options would be nice though.

Order & phone service very good.
Tin of pencils dented on delivery. No damage to package so may have been despatched like this. Was in a sale, and hoping pencil cores are not harmed when I use them.

Well priced products in the sale allowed me to get more for my tight budget. Well packed with option to collect from local post office which is a must for me (other options avaliable). Great experience once more, one of my regular art shops to use

Impeccable quality products, fantastic customer service, helpful , very professional and caring. I recommend them to everyone.

Reliable . Well packaged. Always good standard ofmaterial

The website and printed sales catalogue were easy to navigate and select.

There is a good range of products to choose from.

The member prices are reduced.

Delivery worked well.

looking for inspiration in time for Christmas.

Excellent website - swift delivery.

Reliable art store, quality products

I was taking advantage of the reduction in prices. I have bought through SAA in the past but due to personal circumstances I have not been able to set time aside to practice. I have since found out what to do and so I will have less umbrage the next order I place. Quality, delivery and price were impressive

The website has a brilliant selection and everything comes super quickly sometimes the next day and extermely well wrapped and made secure in good quality boxes. The prices are really good as well which is why I have used them a couple of times now and will again

Very good service and competitive prices

Fabulous pricing with quick delivery.

Good service and quality products.

It was unfortunate that the product was not in fact fit for purpose because of the fault but as explained above I managed a repair without returning the package which was convenient to me and yourselves. Otherwise service was fine.

The problem is with DPD delivery
It took 3 attempts to deliver my mountboard.
The 1st time they didn’t show up. 2nd time they didn’t leave the package as I’d asked. It eventually arrived damaged.

Great. Highly recommended seller.

Firstly, nothing is perfect. I use Cass Art products regularly and like the choice and quality. Packaging is always excellent.
Downside: on-line purchasing system often has glitches requiring phone intervention and therefore delays. Website is clumsy when scrolling back and forth and cross referencing products, a'sort' filter inadequacy.
