Worst bookmaker site on earth I have an account I deposited money and tried to place bets but the bets wouldn’t go on I contacted live chat and was told a block had been put on my account unbeknown to myself why did it allow me to deposit money?
Then I could not withdraw the funds I had to contact live chat again what a circus wouldn’t use this bookmakers if it was the last one on earth

Went into a highstreet bookmakers yesterday. Placed a bet on a horse at 11/4, whilst in there I saw a sign that read best prices paid. The horse won at 4/1. Returned today and was paid out at 11/4. I was told I needed to have a card, or sign up for something, and that I should of read the small print.None of this was mentioned when I placed the bet. ONE COMPANY I WILL NEVER RETURN TO . Their loss in the long run.

Can someone explain on the free slots tournaments how certain players get such high scores.. Example.. Roulette one, you get 60 chips to gamble to get as much as you can, once 60 is spent whatever you get is your score.. I played 4 rounds, 15 chips (on 0) hit it once.. Thinking that's one hell of a score and should be high on the leader board, how wrong I was.. I wasn't even top 300, the leader had over 10000.. That's not even possible as you can only gamble 15 at a time.. Rigged as hell

I had a very bad experience with corals and I will never bet with them again it’s ridiculous. I’ll place a bet of 50 pound win treble They all won but I didn’t get paid as much as I should’ve done because there’s a limit on the bets of £25 max  I was never told this when I put my bet on so if the staff don’t know the rules t how am I meant to know the rules  obviously they’re not educated enough to do the job. I visited Corals, Ringwood today in the afternoon to do a £20 win on Newbury 5:40 horse called Wonder Kid.
The woman on the Till (Yen?) told me to leave the shop. I don't understand why because I have been suffering from PTSD/PTED and a Personality Disorder since late 2020. Also I have early signs of Dementia.
Alarmingly the horse won the race at 11/2 which left me £110 out of pocket.
AVOID CORALS AT ALL COST AS THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND HATE PAYING OUT WINNINGS

Relating to a bet I placed in a local coral shop which won and returned £500 but when I returned the next day to collect it the operator said it had already been paid out the night before in cash ? I said but I have the bet slip here how can this of happened . I was told someone came in and had a screenshot of the bet slip and used there phone to create a duplicate ticket and stole my winnings. (This was possible as I naively posted it on social for bout 5 mins before a mate said take it off or it will get scammed) which of course I was unaware of at the time . I contacted the police and coral customer care they reviewed the CCTV and it clearly shows me placing the bet at the time on the bet slip and the suspect taking my winnings But even with all this evidence showing I’m the rightful recipient the coral area manager has said I will not be getting the pay out and no good will gesture will be made due to my negligence . This feels such an injustice and I’ve now lost £500.

Giving Coral Bookmakers a one star review is in my opinion extremely generous considering the appalling service received.
Having raised a simple straight forward question regarding a horse bet, which I considered a two year old could have answered, Corals dealt with my inquiry by taking away all future promotions and they advised they intended to restrict all future bets. Extremely strange behaviour having raised a simple question. Mind you Shelia being the person I dealt with finished her message by wishing me a nice Wednesday, as the day was “Tuesday” what are chances of receiving any kind of service when they don’t even know what day of the week it is. It goes without saying following the appalling service received my account with Corals was closed. Hopefully for the future Shelia will receive some customer service training!
