For our July 2024 wedding, John and his team at Cashew Catering delivered an outstanding experience. From the initial conversations, John was incredibly approachable and accommodating, making menu planning a breeze. He was quick to respond to our requests for minor adjustments to the menu. On the big day, the food was phenomenal! Even our guests who typically don't follow vegan or vegetarian diets were amazed by the flavors, presentation, creativity, and variety. It was a standout feature of our celebration! Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling on Cashew for future occasions and can't recommend them enough to our Sussex friends. We used John and Cashew Catering for our wedding in July 2024 and can't praise them highly enough! John was so easy and helpful to deal with in advance when planning our menus - and was really responsive to our requests for small tweaks to the proposed dishes. The food on the day was superb! All our guests (many of whom were not vegan or veggie) were blown away by the taste, presentation, creativity and range of the dishes. It was a real highlight of the wedding for all of us! And great value for money too. We will absolutely be using Cashew again and it's our top recommendation to any Sussex friends for future events too. Thanks John and team! Lis and Andrew

John is so friendly and an incredible vegetarian/vegan chef, great communicator, and a calming, joyful presence. The wood fired pizzas at Wilderness Wood were incredible too along with an impress array of mains and desserts for our wedding.
His Cashew Catering crew were wonderful.
