Car racks kept me informed of my order right from the start and right up to delivery.
When my item arrived it was well packaged and exactly as described ,I am very pleased with my item and with Car Racks .
I won’t hesitate to order with them again.

Purchased Thule roof bars for BMW, with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days, they took over a week. I was concerned at first, as I only realised they were coming from Dublin after ordering. They arrived after about 8 days, but did receive updated communication from them, which was good. Expect delivery to be longer than stated, otherwise, the price and service is good and they took care of the import duty/VAT paperwork.

Easy to order, arrived quickly and easy to fit. Very happy with the roof bars.

Delivery is not the fastest as they come from Ireland. However the prices are good and bars great, Bars require some assembly with subtle differences in the feet meaning you have to follow the instructions very carefully but happy the fit. I didn’t have any issue with the bars and have never had any issue with items bought from the parent business, Micks Garage.

Great communication. I was told my order would be delayed and received a nice apology. Our car had broken down so there was no hurry to receive the parcel anyway. It's all fixed now and the car racks are on. They were a bit complicated to put on but that's no fault of the seller. Thank you

Delivery slow because they are based in Eire and not London as the website implies, so it needs to go through customs en route (watch for import charges).
I was sent roof bars that would not fit my car (not their fault, a manufacturer error) but communication is very poor, and only daily emails for over 6 weeks got the situation finally resolved after I was being blamed for not fitting them correctly (it's not hard!).
You can only contact them online, but they fail to respond without constant requests for an answer.
Even the ‘No Hassle Returns’ is a false claim as they had my return for over 7 days, and only actioned my refund when I once again contacted them online.
Best advice is do not use them, the money you save will be outweighed by the effort of sorting any problems.

Ordering the item on their website was easy. Item tracking information was second to non. Item arrived in a good timely manner. Overall an excellent purchasing experience.

Delivered on time 4 days I've not had chance to fit bars yet as not been to well but they seem perfect for the price well made. Very happy with my purchase . Thank you.

As per other reviews, I thought I was buying from a UK based company as the website suggests, however once ordered I had the email re despatch from Ireland and a warning of possible import taxes.

However, that said... importantly... the order was delivered within 2 working days, it was well packaged, and had no issues... and no taxes! So except from the unnecessary worry caused by the emails, if they hadn't sent them I would have been none the wiser and this would be 5*.

Rack arrived in good time and was the only place I could find who supplied the type of rack for my car, Astra Estate 2019.

Easy to order on the website and at a good price, the roof bars were ordered on a Saturday and delivered 3 working days later the following Wednesday. They have a higher load capacity than some other roof bars and were easy to fit.

Ordered a couple of Nordrive Quadra black steel Roof Bars for Ford FIESTA VI, 3 & 5 door. They took a week to arrive but considering coming from Ireland and we're UK I thought that pretty good. I was kept informed of the delivery the whole time. So overall a very good reliable service. And the roof racks are spot on just what we wanted

We needed roof bars for our Volkswagen ID3, which is not that straightforward since there are no officially recognised products for the model. We ordered three one company and the bars got lost on the way from Italy. After a full refund was made, we tried Car Racks. They had the same make of roof bar (the only one we found that is designed for the ID3 and they had them in stock. One week later they were fitted on the top of my car and they work like a dream.

lordered a 4 bike trailer hitch mount rack to use on a trip away. I received an email to say my order would be delayed but was very pleased when it arrived on time!
When I assembled the bike rack there was an issue trying to slide the plastic bike holders onto the carrying bars - they were just too tight and wouldn't fit. I phoned their customer service line 6 times for help and was put on hold for 30 minutes each time with nobody
answering. I had to go on the trip and use an old bike rack and had to leave one bike behind. After returning home I emailed to explain the problem and asked for help. I received a prompt response and after replying with a detailed explanation and waiting for a reply I heard nothing back. I contacted them a second time 8 days later and still no reply. I have no choice but to return the product for a refund.
