Daniel was super friendly and helpful from the first to last call. Always made sure every detail was correct and understood. Helped looked for cars and offered advice until we found the right one. Made sure I got what I wanted, Even surprised the dealer with how quick all the paperwork was dealt with.
No complaints, always available if I had any random questions, made sure to keep in contact and kept me updated through the whole process. Amazing, and genuinely nice guy to work with. Well done Daniel and thank you

I got my finance sorted and now they will not leave me alone. I’m bombarded by texts and calls trying to sell me more finance. I have asked them repeatedly to stop and they don’t. No option to stop texts in the messages, which is against the law. Reported to the ICO (for all that will do).

This company hounded you to get finance approved. Lied about paying my dealer and added things to my package without consulting me first just said “ we will be adding 4 year platinum warranty and paint protection.” Customer service is poor and rather condescending. I am now trying to get my agreement unwound as managed to get my vehicle with a better provider and cheaper monthly payments and they are dragging it out and been rather rude questioning why i am cancelling, which under UK Law i am not obligated to provide may i add. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Will be reporting to financial obudsman service as well as my already filed formal complaint with lendor and customer service.

If there is an issue with your car they will blatantly ignore you and leave you with a broken car!
