I bought a front Flexi pipe and a o2 sensor for my 2010 Alfa Romeo Giulietta, i waited around 12 days for the parts to arrive, whether it was directly related to them or Evri i ask not sure. However I ended up not needing the o2 sensor, i emailed them twice to create a return, trip which they have never responded. i will rather use another another supplier next time. Also they have a co.uk domain but are not uk based.

Do not use this company, they are absolutely useless.
I ordered a part from them which thier website assured me was the correct part for my car.
I then had to wait for a few weeks of constant excuses for it not arriving.
When it finally did arrive, it did not fit my car at all, so I emailed them via thier returns system for a refund, which promised a 48 hour response.
A week later I have had absolutely no response at all from them, so it looks like I'll have to write that money off.
They have no phone number, so there is no way to contact them other than by email and they never respond to that, so you have no customer service at all.
I would urge you most strongly not to use this company.

Have ordered a battery and windscreen wiper as separate order. The wiper came a week after order but the battery hasn't for 2 months. Have contacted email and live chat on site, no response at all. Still looking for refund. Will not purchase from this site again.

Ordered a car battery, was charged but wasn't shown an order confirmation screen and didn't receive an order confirmation email. Went on chat and confirmed order had gone through and got order number. Date of expected delivery came and went so had to chase for an order update at which point received a refund and was told courier had refused delivery as it was a battery. Baffling experience all round. Have ordered elsewhere. Won't be using again.
