These guys are really nice on the phone but there not there when things go wrong. I was planning to view a car 65 miles from my home.I didnt end up going as the dealer advertised wrong milage.
They had arranged the finance the day before, but this was unclear to me as I was told when I get to the garage on that Saturday morning that I should phone them too tell them that I have taken the car and that I had to show a photo of myself holding my driving license with the car which I did none of. I did phone them early that morning to confirm that i didn’t go and see the vehicle . So i have a finance agreement in my name and no car.
The manager is useless as he lies over the phone which I still standby the manager also told me that it would take 1 to 3 days too do an unwind and he told me he would put this in an email for me. I never received the email and I am now on day five and it has not been unwounded.

I spoke with Emile and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - friendly and just made the whole process easy and enough to understand. He was very responsive and although I had a few back and forths about the car I wanted we made it there in the end. He was absolutely fantastic and honestly an asset to the team.

Decent experience when buying a bike on finance. All staff I dealt with were helpful, especially Kiera who was my main contact. Would recommend.

I can’t praise Kiera’s skills & helpfulness enough however, did get a lot of figures thrown around quickly at the beginning. Although all was eventually sorted.

Kiera supported me when the first car I chose was returned, due to major issues. My money was returned within two days.

She then negotiated a very good price for my part ex.

Let’s wait till tomorrow to see if the next car is “as promised” from the dealership!
