Great cards but service could not cope on the Sunday before Valentine's Day
The cards and the service are fine, but I could not order a card on the Sunday before Valentine's Day because the site crashed several times and I lost my input texts and time... Had to restart from scratch on the Monday.

Don't use
I'v used cardtown a few times now and out of about 6 times they have got half of the card wrong or they just haven't turned up. I only kept using them as they give me credit instead of sending another card out. If you email them they don't reply. Really bad customer service. Don't use

Love the service, its useful doing cards on line and gives you more variation and choice than supermarkets, plus I love loading the pictures onto personalise the cards, thought your promotion of adding a tenner credit and getting another tenner credit free was awesome. Good job team keep it up.

Decent enough card.
I was happy enough with the card but the quality of card could be better. The main disappointment was,there was no envelope to send the card on! So once you've opened it to check its right, that's it....no other envelope!

I was very happy with the card, but you have not sent me an envelope to go with it and as this card was for a special occasion, I was very much disappointed.
I emailed regarding this, and asked if you could send me an envelope, but no reply from your team!

Excellent service & a top quality card received!
I was delighted with the card I ordered for my cousin who is competing with team GB in the Winter Olympics. The Union Jack border card was just perfect.
My picture was easily uploaded & straight forward to process, the card was delivered to my door the following day!

Great Choice and Plenty of Options to Customise
I have been really pleased with Card Town. They offer some excellent discount codes which encourage you to use their service and then return again and again. I was particularly impressed with the large card upgrade service that was offered prior to Christmas.
Great service and speedy delivery.

Very disappointed
Very upset that I bought this card for my newphes 1st birthday and the card has not arrived. I appreciate that it could have gotten lost in the mail but, I find it unacceptable that I had emailed card town to inform them and I have not had a reply.

I am very sorry you have not received this card or a reply to your email. I can confirm that the card was sent so does unfortunately appear to be lost in the post. I have done a search for an email regarding this order but have been unable to locate one. It could be that it was accidentally picked up by our SPAM filter. Normally we reply to all emails with in 4 working hours. As a gesture of goodwill I can confirm that we have added some pre-paid credit to your account and hope you choose to place another order with us so we can restore your faith in our company.

Fantastic speedy service
I needed a special 50th birthday card, I ordered the evening before said birthday and the card came on the birthday even though it did say up to 3 days it actually took one day. Fantastic and the person who received the card loved the personal touch. Well done Card Town
