Easy breezy! I put the request in online and someone called me within a few hours to get the donation set up. We had the car picked up. They arranged everything. We have a good tax write off and it goes for a good cause.

Car donation
I recently decided to donate my car. I contacted customer service and the agent was very knowledgeable on how to set this up. She walk through the process on what to expect. She also call 2-3 days later to see if I got a call from the company to pick up the car. The appointment was scheduled and email sent. Job well done.

For tax purposes, vehicle donations follow IRS guidelines. When a donated vehicle is sold, the deductible amount is generally based on the actual sale price, which means the exact value can’t be determined until after the sale takes place. If a vehicle sells for $500 or less, the donor’s deduction is limited to the lesser of the vehicle’s fair market value or $500. Once the sale is complete, we provide the required documentation so you have the correct amount for your records and tax filing.

The process was very easy.
My experience was very good. Within 20 minutes of filling out the online request I was contacted by someone. They got alittle more information and my car was picked up within 48 hours. I was very pleased.
