My car donation experience
I wanted to donate my family car and searched on WEB where to donate. There are several organizations and I picked your organization. It seemed my donation can be simple and easy. I enter the vehicle information and my contact information that was easy. On next business day I was contacted by the person in charge in friendly manner. I was well explained that a towing company could be contacting me. Well, the towing company did not call me so I had to send a message to the organizer. The towing company should have contacted me immediately. After that everything was simple. The towing company called me 30 minutes prior to arrival.
