It was wa very quick process and I was informed all the way through. Muz was polite and professional when he arrived and explained the process then when finished, talked me through any issues the car had I wasn't aware of and showed me first hand (I wish some garages had been this thorough).
Muz was very informative and pleasant and would certainly recommend based on his performance.
