Guys everything is Awesome but the fees are just too much , especially for small reccuring subscriptions like google drive and youtube premium, i find myself paying over 8 dollars extra, for what ?? you know Egyptians don't have that much money right ? 😂 , it would be very fair if it was a set percentage, please try to work on that because it's a very heavy price to pay unfortunately, also work on being available at the app store because apple users are a lot.

First to offer a round solution for the blockade of international transactions in Egypt without dodgy crypto currency stuff. The experience can be better in terms of charging the virtual card (it has too many steps) and the fees are quite high (if you are just transferring small sums of dollars) but overall it's the best solution I have used by far and it works well enough.

I have a few notes I would like to share regarding my recent experience with the Card-Y service:

1. Exchange Rate: The exchange rate from EGP to USD applied during transactions is significantly higher than the official bank rate—approximately 3 EGP more. This difference is quite substantial and raises concerns.

2. Payment Fees: The minimum fee of 1 USD for any payment is quite expensive, especially for those using the card for regular monthly bills. This was one of the main reasons I chose to issue a Card-Y card—to manage such expenses more efficiently.

3. Monthly Maintenance Fee: I have just received an email from your support team stating that I will be charged 1 USD as a monthly maintenance fee. This charge was not clearly communicated earlier and adds to the overall cost burden.

I would appreciate your clarification on these points and whether there are any upcoming changes to the fee structure.

Mixed Experience - Great Concept, But Fee Structure Needs Work

I genuinely appreciate the service concept and was actually considering launching something similar myself. However, there are several significant issues with the current fee structure that make it impractical for everyday use.

The Good:
- The core service idea is solid and fills a real need

Areas for Improvement:

1. Lack of Automation:The approval and deposit processes need better automation to streamline user experience.
2. Excessive Fee Structure: The current pricing model is prohibitive, especially for smaller transactions:
- The $1 transaction fee becomes unreasonable when processing small amounts (paying $2 in fees for a $1 transaction doesn't make financial sense)
- Card fees are too high across the board
- Even basic actions like card verification incur charges

3. Fee Scaling Issues: While I'd happily pay current fees for larger transactions ($100+), the fee structure should scale appropriately for smaller amounts. For transactions under $50, the fees need to be significantly reduced.

Bottom: The service charges fees for virtually every activity, which feels excessive. I'd recommend implementing a tiered fee structure that makes sense for both small and large transactions, reducing card costs, and eliminating fees for basic account activities like verification.

With these adjustments, this could be an excellent service that I'd actively recommend and use regularly.

Such an amazing Card , i used it 3 times and ended up so easily . also the customer support were so helpful.

I recently started using Cardi to get a virtual Visa card in Egypt, and I’m really impressed with their service. The process was very easy and fast. I was able to top up my card through InstaPay, and it worked perfectly for international subscriptions like ChatGPT Plus.

exceptional service and fast response times and everything simply works and does what it says it does, fees are on the higher side, but it's worth it.

I only faced 2 problems which are the high fee that I should pay after any payment and that the card sometimes doesn't pay immediately when I add its details in the payment info
But overall I like it here and I think ill use the card forever inshallah
