I’m grateful for your amazing work. This service has helped me so much and spared me the pain and effort of the circuitousness of the other means I had been using before I stumbled upon Card-Y.

An excellent workaround
An excellent workaround to Egypt's current restrictions with international transactions using bank-issued cards. Just be wary that the card is US-issued, so you can't take advantage of regional pricing when its available, unfortunately.
One criticism i have is that currently the deposit methods are only limited to cash wallets and instapay. I wish Card-y's team can provide direct debit/credit card method for deposit ASAP. That would be a great convenience and definitely make it easier for me to use Card-y.

The card doesn’t support Apple Pay and international purchases, and it charges 1$ per transaction. I recommend it if your purchases are basically local or you gonna use a well known platform like Amazon

To clarify a few points:
Apple Pay: At the moment, Apple Pay is not enabled for your card tier because it depends on our issuing/banking partners’ current setup, not only on Card-Y. We know this is an important feature and it’s already on our roadmap.
International purchases: The card can be used on many international/online platforms, but in some cases the acceptance depends on the merchant’s payment gateway and risk rules, not on Card-Y alone. That’s why it may work smoothly on well-known platforms (like Amazon, PayPal, app stores, etc.) while it may be declined on others.
$1 / 1% fee: This fee is applied by our banking/issuing partners and not added by Card-Y as extra profit. We’re in ongoing discussions with them to make the fees lighter, especially for users who make small or frequent transactions.
Your feedback is useful because it highlights exactly where we need to improve: wallet/connectivity (Apple Pay), wider merchant acceptance, and lower fees. We hope you give us another chance as we roll out these improvements.

Easy to use and the platform is very useful. I found a solution to the problem of obtaining dollars for international transactions and various foreign platforms such as trading platforms. It is great that you can charge your visa on card-y by paying in local currency and obtaining a balance in dollars on the visa. It really solved a very important problem. Very useful. It is great and wonderful. Thanks to all those in charge of the platform.

I have a few notes I would like to share regarding my recent experience with the Card-Y service:
1. Payment Fees: The minimum fee of 1 USD for any payment is quite expensive, especially for those using the card for regular monthly bills. This was one of the main reasons I chose to issue a Card-Y card—to manage such expenses more efficiently.
2. Monthly Maintenance Fee: I have just received an email from your support team stating that I will be charged 1 USD as a monthly maintenance fee. This charge was not clearly communicated earlier and adds to the overall cost burden.
I would appreciate your clarification on these points and whether there are any upcoming changes to the fee structure.

1 & 2; We feel you. If we had the choice, we would never impose such fees but sadly they're enforced by our cards provider.
That being said, we're actively seeking better rates which will not come cheap but at least we'll have happier customers.
Hopefully some time this year we'll completely be able to cut out the fees.
