سيئة جدا ولا تقبل الدفع على اكثر من ٧٠٪…

سيئة جدا ولا تقبل الدفع على اكثر من ٧٠٪ من المواقع والمنصات المذكورة في دعم التعامل المادي.
وايضا مدى السوء في الفوائد اللتي قدرها ١ دولار على كل عملية، إذ أنني بحاجه إرسال دولار او اثنان او ثلاثة وفي كل مرة يخصم مني مقابل كل عملية ١ دولار ، بخلاف التأخير في الدعم والحلول
وأيضا في كل عملية ربط يتم خصم مبالغ غير مبالغ الربط وايضا في الربط عندما يتم خصم مبلغ الربك يتم خصم ايضا ١ دولا وكأنها عملية سحب

شكرا على الوقت اللي حضرتك اخدته علشان تكتب ريفيو مفصل.
احب ابشرك اننا بالفعل شغالين على حل كل المشاكل اللي ذكرتها و ان شاء الله قبل شهر 6 هتكون الرسوم اتغييرت والخدمة بقت مستقرة اكتر من الاطلاق الرسمي للمنصة وتسجيلها في مصر

Cardy is a really great tool but something needs to be fixed

Cardy is a really great tool and it has made US payments much easier for me, I recommend it for everyone who is dealing with international vendors on a daily bases like myself, but if you are mostly local I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as they have a large fee when it comes to transferring cash from EGP to US for your wallet

Fees on using the card

I think taking fees on the depositing are enough as fees on card usage can be quite confusing

We agree with you! That is why we're changing our cards provider soon to be able to get rid of those transaction fees (they impose them, not us).

Keep an eye on our official release date, it will be available then :)

A very nice idea

A very nice idea, easy to deal with, and good customer service. I highly recommend them during this period, in light of the economic situation in Egypt and the limited ability to use dollars online

A great experience in assisting with international payments. I have completed many transactions abroad without the need to visit the bank, just through the website and the payment feature via the local transfer network, InstaPay.

I have no problem whatsoever and I'm yet to see the advantages of their cards, but why the platforms are so limited and why we should abide with certain sites. Also $1 payment fee per trasnaction is abysmal! Get your fees from issuance and annual renewals not sucking your clients dry. Give us an actual incentive to use your card, geesh...

I get what you're saying and you are correct in most of it, except the $1 fee isn't even controlled or enforced by us, it is from the cards provider.

We heard you and other users loud and clear that we'll actually migrate our cards to a new provider mostly for this exact reason!
