If I could give a 0 star, I would. Customer service was horrible. They sent the wrong size and is not willing to fix their mistake but yet they took my money. The sweatshirt did not look like the video either. Would not recommend unless you want to get scammed by them.

Scam HIGHLY LIKELY
I ordered my item on April 30th, it is now
May 19th and I still have not received my product, despite the website stating “if you order today you will receive your item by Mother’s Day.” I ordered 4 separate gifts that were going to 4 separate places, when I looked for the tracking number , it was the same exact tracking number on each order number. 🚩 Then when you click on it, it brings you to a picture that just says “country of origin- 🇨🇳 and destination 🇺🇸” there is no history of where it is in the process, you can’t click anything further , it’s just a picture. I had to google their email, because it isn’t casually on their page, you get an automated response. I emailed 2 separate times and when they finally did respond in the 48 hours , they gave the same excuse, that my customized items are in the production phase and it takes 15 days and that they will update my receiving time once they’re don’t making my item. I checked today…. And there’s no update. I wish I would have never ordered from here. They took over 100$

I just received my order and it is nothing like what I ordered! It’s too small to hang on a door, the tassel is not even connected to the hat and a piece is torn off on the corner. And of all things, I ordered navy and gold! This is royal blue and yellow!

Bought a personized item. Shipped from China, which was hidden from the buyer. Item arrived broken and then spent over two months fighting with the company, as well as PayPal over their handling of the refund. The following was sent to customer service:
"Per your own website under your "RETURN & REFUND POLICY":
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us via email with clear photos or videos and a description of the issue.
We will process a refund or replacement within 48 hours.
For defective items, no return is needed; simply provide evidence of the issue. "
This was their response:
" 1. How about we provide a 30% refund for this order.
2. Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
Warm Prompt: Please do not send the item back until we authorize the return with the returning address in the email. Also, the address on the package is not our returning address, do never send the package to that address, or we will not be responsible for the loss.

I thought this would be an amazing Mother's Day gift for my wife as well as my own mother.i guess I'll never find out. I placed 2 separate orders on the 3rd of April. Today is May 8 and Im yet to receive either order. At checkout, it said I'd receive my order in 10-15 days. I've sent them multiple emails on multiple occasions but they don't respond. I've used the tracker but it doesn't update. Still shows that it's in transit...

Color of product WAY off from website photos
The product I received does not look ANYTHING like the photos on the website. On the website, their pink sweatshirt is displayed as a really pretty, dusty rose color, but the product I received is bubblegum/Pepto Bismol pink. The embroidered names are also quite a bit smaller and less clearly legible than the embroidery shown on the website.

I purchased a baby swaddle for my nephew's birthday. I ordered the item on Jan 31st, hoping that I would receive the item by Feb 8th (which was being shown as the expected date of delivery)
It is March 6th today and I am nowhere close to receiving that item. I have followed up many times for the updated status but their customer service mails not only lack any empathy for the customer's situation but they also do not try to resolve the issue.
I asked for a refund for the item which I haven't got and they rejected that request.
It has been a completely DISAPPOINTING experience and I regret buying from this company. Seems like there are other people who have dealt with this fraudulent company before and I wish I had seen it sooner.

Placed order 12/17 and paid VIP shipping expecting to receive before Christmas. Received timely update that item was out for delivery, however, only to find it get stuck in a distribution center in Illinois for 3 weeks. Correspondence with the site was futile. The email address supplied in the order confirmation came back undeliverable. Found another email address and did receive a response from my request for a refund on the VIP shipping, albeit it was short with poor grammar and did not address my request. I sent multiple follow-ups wherein replies were seemingly from different individuals, all with bad grammar. It was shockingly unprofessional and demonstrative of poor customer service. If you go to their contact page you will notice the font of the address for which the website is owned and operated by is uncannily the same font used by Chinese companies translating to English so I have to assume this whole operation is a front and borderline scam. What's comical is the 500+ glowing reviews on their website, and curiously the handful of negative reviews are all from the last few weeks. Stay away.
Don’t order from Canvasgiftco
Item was ordered on 12/13 and expedited shipping was paid. Canvasgiftco immediately issued a shipping label; however, the tracking details led to nothing. I sent an email on 12/23 asking where was my item because it was to have been delivered. Canvasgiftco never responded. It was not until I filed a complaint with PayPal that they responded. They provided no additional information on why my item was not shipped or delivered as paid, nor did their customer service apologize for the inconvenience. Eventually the item arrived on January 4. One of the slates is incorrect. At this point, I intend to order a new slate from another company, but I did request a refund of my shipping. They offered $3 and not the $10 I paid. There has been zero accountability from Canvasgiftco for their failure to deliver as paid for and they refuse to refund my entire shipping. Stay far away from this company.
Terrible Chinese company scan
Placed and order on December 2nd 2024 and the site said it would arrive before Christmas. Only 2 days after order was placement I received an email stating a shipping label was created which seemed fishy. Then there was no update for over a month. I reached out to thr company and either got an automated reply that they would reply in 24-48 hrs (which they did not) or an email stating their mailbox was full. Finally they responded to 'be patient and that it was on its way'. I received a delivery on January 4th 2025 but only got one part of my order, it is poor quality and was sent from China. Now it states my order is complete but I never received 2 ornaments ordered. I've tried to contact them again but same difficulty contacting them.
Do not order from this company. Their website says its a local company but that is a lie. It is a Chinese company producing terrible products that take forever to arrive or do not even come.

This company is a joke. I ordered over a month ago. It said it was shipped on 11/26. I contacted them twice when the tracking info never updated. They finally replied telling me it was “on the way“ and to “be patient.” That was almost 2 weeks ago. Horrible customer service. If you can even call it that.
I’m reaching out to PayPal again to get a refund.
UPDATE: I received the product after 6 weeks of waiting, and it was in pieces. Complete junk. I hope others will do their research before ordering from this fraudulent company. I know I learned my lesson.

Tried responding to email and end up with automated response or mail deamon saying can't deliver. Put in a dispute with credit company.

They pose as a USA company and offer good looking shipping rates and times. Problem is that’s all a scam. They ship from china and it takes forever. When or if it arrives the quality is very questionable. Avoid them and order elsewhere
