Awful company and clearly fraudulent

Awful company and clearly fraudulent. Took payment and advertised delivery within a particular time. After two weeks I chased and they eventually told me it had been shipped. In fact the tracking said it was ready to be shipped, but it hadn’t been sent yet. After multiple chasing emails and asking for my money back they stopped responding and after further month the item was still showing as ready to be shipped, not shipped. I got in touch with my card company who were fantastic and credited my account. I’ve been told I will be charged if the company respond to them, I’m not sure if this has happened yet but within a day they changed the status to shipped again - it hasn’t been but two days later it appears that they are sending something. Actually sent in Xmas eve from china and they knew through my repeated emails that I needed it as a Xmas present. Very dodgy company, please avoid at all costs. Companies like this should be closed down.

I ordered 3 mom sweatshirts

I ordered 3 mom sweatshirts, one for each of my daughters, on November 30 2025. I received a package on December 17 2025 that had 1 shirt but the tracking said all 3 shirts were delivered. I have sent several emails on the contact us link and each time I get the automated reply that someone would contact me within 48 hours. It has been 5 days and still no response. I will be contacting my credit union and let them handle this fraud and get my refund since this company could care less about their customers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Poor customer service - or actually none.

My son ordered a gift for my mother for Christmas on 12/9 and still has yet to receive a confirmation that his order was received or shipped. The money came out of his account. He has sent several emails asking about the status of his order and has received no response. He just wants to know if it was received and when it will be shipped. We will be filing a dispute with his bank to get his money back.
UPDATE received the items. But no confirmation or replies from company so it was frustrating waiting not knowing if or when it would be received

Not the size I requested that arrived that I had emailed within 2 minutes of my order when I saw I made a mistake. No replies to my emails. I am now contacting my bank for a refund

I order in October so my forgetful husband has birth dates or our grandchildren. I have terminal cancer 2 months later no reply to many emails and no movement on shipping they just stole my money have asked for refund and nothing please don’t use them ever

terrible customer service/shipping time is longer than stated

I ordered a personalized mirror with lights three weeks ago. I paid for expedited shipping but still haven’t received the item and tracking just says order received. I’ve email customer service multiple times with no response. I highly recommend not ordering from this company.

Edit: finally received what (dec 30) I ordered and the quality is great and looks exactly like the picture ordered from.

Terrible delivery services

Ordered a gift on 11/18. Says “out for delivery” for multiple days but has been in the same spot for weeks. Package has not been handed over to any US delivery services, I checked ALL of them. I want my money back or my order by Monday!! After reading reviews I wish I would have done this first!!

The worse customer experience. The company messed up my order and admitted it was their fault but did NOTHING to fix my order. Would never order again, not sure how they are still in business. Please DO NOT order from here!

I PURCHASED AND RECEIVED MY ITEM WITHIN 10 DAYS, IT IS BEAUTIFUL; HOWEVER, I DIDN'T GET THE FONT REQUESTED, AND FONTS WERE DIFFERENT THROUGHOUT. THEY SENT AN EMAIL STATING THAT THEY APOLOGIZE THAT THEIR FACT MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY OFFERED ME A 10%, YES 10%, I OPTED OUT OF THAT FOR A FULL REFUND BECAUSE IT IS NOT FITTING TO GIVE TO ANYONE, SINCE THEY HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAIL.

I still have NOT received the two items…

UPDATE: 11/21/2025. I finally received the two items I ordered. The only issue I have now is, this company should be more transparent on where these items, and the payment charge, will originate from, prior to my clicking the “place order” button. When I received the fraud alert from my bank, showing a charge from Hong Kong, I almost denied the charge.

- I still have NOT received the two items I ordered on 10/28/2025. Now, I can’t even track the “so called” shipments. I will never use this company again! I thought I was ordering from a US company, but it wasn’t until my bank sent me a fraud alert, that I realized it was really a purchase from some place in China! 😠 These companies need to be more transparent on where these purchases are originating from. I should have done more research on company before purchasing anything. I doubt I will even receive the two items I ordered.

I ordered a few weeks ago the Grand…

I ordered a few weeks ago the Grand Sign plus 2 names of my grandchildren, only the 2 names came and not the Grand sign so emailed them everything photos, order number etc and still nothing back saying that my order is missing a part and they will send it to me, theres no contact number to phone them and getting nowhere with them. How hard is it to understand that yes i have received the right order i am just missing the Grand sign and all i want is for them to send it to me 🙄

Ordered & Paid for TWO but received ONE

I ordered and paid for TWO baby swaddles, both with the same embroidery [ order #46888 ] I received one parcel with ONE baby swaddle. I advised Canvas Gift Co and asked whether the second swaddle would be sent separately. I received an automated reply advising that our parcel had been signed for and to contact the logistics company. Yes A parcel had been signed for however only HALF the order was enclosed. I wrote back to Canvas Gift Co and have had no further response. Do not trust this company.
