I always searched for supplements on this online store but then I gotto know that they don’t have the range. However, just before a few days I came across a range of Lamberts products, which is what I needed, I mean not a particular brand but the supplements for my pet. And, finally they got it.

Purchased year supply of Nexguard for both of my dogs early February. They emailed and said it shipped. Two weeks later I tried to call - no one answers. Left message and they emailed me and gave me tracking number that the USPS says the label was created but they never received the package

Took over 10 days for delivery. Tracking the package, i can see it appeared a series of shipping errors. I suggest you stop using USPS and find a dependable delivery service. Having been in the mail business myself, I know you can contract with companies like FedX and UPS for package discounts. Just horrible how USPS is failing in delivering the mail and packages. It affects your business when they fail.

Canadavetexpress is a great place to get all your pet needs. Customer service is excellent. The prices are great and everything arrives in perfect condition.

Ordered cat flea medication as I wanted to use a brand I had used in either the US or UK before. At no point was I made aware that the product would be shipping from the UK. After 2 months it hadn't arrived so I was given a refund....HOWEVER...2 months after that I received a letter from Health Canada saying that the parcel had been inspected by Customs and was being refused entry to Canada as prescription medication can only be imported by a registered pharmacist etc. Why does Canada Vet Express allow people to order things if it is illegal to import them into the country?! Called to them to discuss and was basically just given the brush off - will never be using again.

I’ve been using Canadavetexpress for 7-10 years. They call my vet to get the prescription (I request renewal every year at the Annual visit). I don’t pay $4.50 for the insurance shipping fee and have always received products, with zero issues. Savings is phenomenal!

I've been getting my flea. worm and other pet meds for my colony of feral & stray cats, as well as my own, for about six months now from Canada Vat Express and you can't beat them. The prices are the lowest I could find (and I LOOKED!), the meds are shipped in a timely manner and are never near expiration. And they all work! I have a chemistry degree, so I know how to break down larger doses of the big DOG drugs into smaller amounts for the cats. That way I save lots of $$$. For example, a typical dose of Frontline Plus for a large dog gives me 6 to 8 doses for cats (depending on their weight). If you don't know how to do this, it is readily available online. Be aware that some drugs cannot be switched like that. Frontline Plus for dogs can be given to cats. However, because the amount of one of the ingredients in the cat version is higher, you can't give the cat version to dogs or they could potentially overdose!!!

They sent a product & charged for something I did not order. canadavetexpress could have asked me before shipping if I was ok with a substitution (I was not). They only refunded a portion of what they charged me. Will advertise this fact & will NOT order from this company again.

I have been buying my pet meds from Canada Vet Express for years. The meds are name brand, fast shipping, and plenty of discounts. So much better than what I was paying at the vet.

I have been purchasing from CanadaVetExpress for several years. I have found them to be very responsive in their customer service. The products are less expensive on their website, and they always arrive in a timely manner. Their refund policy and free shipping are fantastic. I have just tried a new product called Seraquin, a joint supplement for dogs. My dog is chewing it right up everyday, and seems to love it!

Excellent prices and service. I purchased a year supply of flea and tick monthly chewables. Upon receiving, I noticed that product would be expiring in 8 months making at least 3 months of medication useless. I called and they were very apologetic eventhough they had done nothing wrong and gave me a refund for 3 months. What? Unbelievable, too kind! I am their customer for LIFE! I've had 3 dogs in my lifetime and they been wonderful in taking care of my babies. Thank you Canada Vet Express!!

Canada Vet Express is my go-to source for my pet meds. We've used them for two of our dogo's. The prices are well below prices at our vet and the customer service is exceptional. Delivery always arrives on time.

I purchased $247 of pet medication on April 4th. Received no confirmation beyond the Norton "free protection" Email. Money was taken from my account on April 11th. Received a garbled voice message on April 13th asking me to call the company. I did and could not get hold of a person. It kept putting me to different voice mail boxes. I left a message with two alternate contact numbers and quoted my order number. Today (April 15) I got online to try and figure out the status of my order as it is over a week since I made it and I was told the order is cancelled as they could not get hold of me! They states " We did not receive any response from you so we had cancelled your order and processed refund on 04/11/2022.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect to your account.
Kindly call us on our toll-free number to place the same order with additional discount."
Why was the first and only contact a voice mail on April 13th if the order was already cancelled?
I cannot recommend a company that is so quick to take your money and yet offers such poor customer service.

Please do not order from this company! I was sent Soresto collars for another country. Started researching to see if they were real. I called the company twice with no resolution. I checked with two local veterinarians and I called the company that bought out Bayer soresto line and was advised not to use these. Now I am out the money because Canada vet express will not take them back.
Poor customer service I will never order from them again. ( I have ordered previous years from them and was not sent the wrong ones) LC

They offer a Heartgard Plus for Dogs Generic called Nuheart. When the product arrived that's exactly what the invoice said, but Heartgard Plus contains Ivermectin/Pyrantel. Nuheart contains only Ivermectin. When I called to inquire I was rather rudely handled by a man who insisted it was the same thing and that Ivermectin was the active ingredient. And that it was half the price of the real thing. I insisted this was false advertising and he finally switched me to a woman who also gave me a bit of a hard time until finally agreeing to give me a refund. FYI, Petco carries a Heartgard+ generic that is made by Merck, the same company that makes the brand name product. Which would you choose?

I have been ordering from Canadavetexpress for several years. I recently ordered the wrong product. MY fault but they agreed willingly to take a return of any unopened pill packs. I was so pleased. They even helped me order the replacement product. Now I just need to get the package sent back. I am thrilled they were so willing to help and did everything they could to help me out.
