I have ordered for 5 years from this company and have always received my orders in a timely manner, excellent customer service and immediate refund when requested.

Almost 1 month after I order on this site which I thought was in canada come to find out its over seas. I received a letter from the border customs stating that this product is not allowed in Canada wow tried to email the company to get a refund this is ridiculous this site should not allow purchase from Canadian.

Became suspicious about this site when they required me to create a login with my personal contact info and then also wanted my direct credit card info to make payments instead of allowing me to submit payment through an intermediary such as PayPal.

After cancelling my order I reached out to their support requesting them to delete my account with my personal contact info associated with it. They told me they deleted it. Checking back two weeks later and the account is still active with my personal contact info associated with it. They had lied to me about deleting my account.

Ordered from this company May 28, thinking it was Canadian, its not, neither is it express. My order was supposedly shipped from Britain June 2, today, July 12, I found it was not allowed by customs to be delivered. I would think they should know this.
Hope others learn from this.

It's a scam stay away. I tried to order, comes from Great Britain NOT Canada at all. When it hits Canada Customs its blocked. I had to email several times to get a refund of 80%. Was charged US dollars and refunded only 80% back because of exchange. It's says 100% guarantee, but try to claim it. Buyer beware

I'm just going to say this in small words so you may understand. First- My bank nor my credit card charges these "fees." Secondly, YOU cancelled my order stating that YOU, a company that is literally called CanadaVetExpress, do not ship to Canada. Then you had the audacity to put this into a customer service email to me :
"As a gesture of goodwill, we would be more than happy to provide you a good discount on your next purchase that will take care of any such fees."

Where exactly will I be shipping this so-called order to?
Shaking my head at this company's incompetence.

OK, update to my horrific review. While I never did receive the medication I ordered for my cat, they promised a full refund and I got it quickly.

This is a joke. Canada Vet Express that cannot deliver to CANADA. Trading standards will love this.

Received what I ordered in less than 3 weeks. That was my 2nd order and very satisfied.

I have gotten my heart guard prevention for both my dogs and never had any issues. I live in the US. Took a while but always received my order.

Misleading site name! The prices are in US dollars and the product was shipped from the UK. I was not sent any tracking information and when I called the number on the website to see where my package was, it took 4 tries to get through to someone. That person told me that the package had been shipped out a day after ordering and that it would take up to 20 business days to arrive. I have yet to get it but I still have THREE weeks to wait apparently. I would have liked to have been given accurate timelines BEFORE I ordered. And I would have liked to know that it was US dollars and not Canadian - huge difference. The whole thing is just really scammy and I won't be ordering again and I'll be letting anyone who asks know not to use this website.

Completely unprofessional and awful experience. After waiting a week for my order, I get a message telling me I would receive a full refund . My order was cancelled because I failed to get in touch with them even though I called twice and left a message just to have no one even respond to that fact. Complete and utter bs.

I have been ordering from Canadavetexpress for several years now.
My last order, which arrived in April 2023, had expiration dates that made some of the meds useless, since some of the dates indicated that the meds would not be effective after two months. I was ordering for a year's worth of Simparica Chewable Tablets for Dogs 88.1 - 132 lbs.
When I contacted Canadavetexpress.com, they seemed reluctant to replace the meds, asking for photos of the expiration dates.
I sent the requested photos along with a request for replacements of the outdated meds. They told me that it was not their policy to replace meds that it is too expensive to send replacements, but they would make an exception for me.
I received the replacement meds yesterday and the two packages they sent have expiration dates of December 2023, this despite the fact that I told them I needed meds that would not expire before May 2024.
I suggest to those considering ordering from Canadavetexpress to insist on meds with expiration dates compatible with their requirements. In any case, check the expiration dates when you receive your order and refuse delivery if the expiration dates are not suitable.

I ordered a product in June of 2022. I wasn't aware at the time that I was not allowed to import such a product as it is considered to be a prescription drug. It was returned to them by Canada Customs. I had no idea that it came from England. Canada Vet Express sounds awfully Canadian to me. I am still waiting for my reimbursement of $126.94. I wrote to them but they are probably just having a laugh because they got both my money and their product back.

I ordered Tick control and got a kitten version shipped. I asked for help and was given a generic non-help answer.

I ordered revolution for my dog and admittedly was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. I am located in Canada and found it very suspicious that tracking was through the USPS and I kept getting a message that a label had been created but my package had not shipped.
I received my package as ordered and it doesn’t expire until 2026. It took two and a half weeks, so be patient.

Worst experience in an online order ever! Misleading in that they charge in USD and shipping is from the UK. So far it's been 12 days for shipping and tracking is useless. Debating cancellation and contacting VISA

They should not even get 1 star. The name of the business - Canadavetexpress - would imply it is a Canadian company. IT IS NOT CANADIAN. Prices are all in USD and free shipping is in USA. The shipping policy states "....within the united states...." implying it is based in USA. That alone I find a bit shady. I sent an email on March 6 asking about this and got no reply. Just yesterday I sent another email and it bounced back - it seems they have blocked me!! So don't question them or they will block you. I can not believe they have any good reviews and that they are still in business. Because of the above shady business practices I would never buy from this company because I feel that it is a high likelihood that they would ship fake medications.
