Battery didn't work properly, had to put the OEM one back in
I received the battery promptly, but after installation it didn't work properly.
The laptop registered a smaller battery, and wouldn't display how much time was remaining on the current charge. The laptop oddly also took significantly longer to turn on after being shut down.
I removed the new battery and put the old one back in, so now I'm back to square one (a laptop that works great but only allows a couple hours of use per charge). Quite disappointing.
Presumably unrelated, but also the wiring harness that is used to attach the battery to the circuit board is longer than the OEM one, which is a small nuisance.
UPDATE: The company had no issue refunding my purchase price, once I showed proper proof of my problems. Seems like a good-company, despite my trouble.

Ordered a new battery for my Acer AS…
Ordered a new battery for my Acer AS 1410. My old battery was dying very quickly. The new battery arrived within a few days by Canada Post. I followed the instructions to charge up fully, discharge fully, then charge up fully again. The new battery is giving me well over 5 hours of use which is really great!

66% max charge
My old battery couldn't keep its charge so I bought a replacement battery for my Lenovo Y700 laptop. The new battery stops charging at 66% and loose its charge when the laptop is turned off. It looks like they sold me a used one. In brief, the new battery is completely useless. My 7 years old battery is better.

Awesome guys! Arrived in a few days, Canada Post so the delivery was secure. Shrink wrapped box and great packaging. Thoughtful inclusion of Philips and Torx screwdrivers, and a "guitar pick" case cracker.
Battery fitted like OEM, everything lined up. It arrived charged to 77 percent and charged up to 100% just fine.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is so you know I'm not saying all this just to get a discount!

Dead on arrival
The battery that arrived feels cheaply made. It is 1/2 the weight of the original battery with the same rating which makes me question the actual capacity. Regardless, it came dead on arrival and would not charge. Customer service made me jump through hoops a bit for troubleshooting (sending videos and photos), but they finally agreed to replace the battery or refund me. I went with the refund; I don't trust the batteries they sell.

On to my third battery for a 2019 Inspiron 5584
The battery works great when first inserted, but like the original battery the laptop came with, the lifespan of the battery is about 1.5yrs before it lasts less than 1hr.

Happy with the purchase
Happy with the purchase. I got a replacement battery for my Razer Blade 15 laptop since Razer stopped providing service support stating it is a legacy device.
Along with the battery came the screwdriver for removing the back panel. This was a life safer for me.
