Good service and quality battery
The battery is well made and fits perfectly. The shipping was quick and well padded for protection. Thanks! The downside is my HP laptop doesn't recognize the battery. There are two models of battery for this unit. I don't have the old battery so could not confirm which battery to get. Based on other data I thought the 11.1 volt battery was right. I will have to try the 14.8 volt one.

I ordered a battery for my macbook (a1708 mid 2017) and it works so amazing, literally like brand new I can’t believe it, I read about people having incompatibility issues and new batteries draining fast but you don’t have to worry about that here! Papyp Batteries analyzed my needs from my photo and recommended a battery. I ordered it.
Laptop battery arrived quickly, installed easily and worked well! Lenovo had no batteries and the batteries from the other two suppliers were not compatible.

Battery Failed, Refund Eventually Issued
Refund has been given but the DYI aspect around a battery's failure is intense. Battery for my Dell Latitude 9420 worked perfectly for about 2 months. Then the laptop suddenly failed to recognize it and to charge it (red blinking lights). The IT department at work determined that the battery has failed. The company requires "proof" of the failure, I suppose, it's a big scam I orchestrating to get $72 back. As per their policy: "Please note that if there is no prood [sic] of the battery issue, the returned shipping cost should be covered by the customer according to our refund policy." I'm not going to bother because shipping etc. is too much trouble here. Needless to say, don't buy these, service and product are below standard.
