The Worst products, and customer care,one star is too much for them.
This is the worst experience I ever had with laptop battery supplier, I used to deal with batt depot, and never had any issues with them whatsoever they display they send you, and if any mistake on order or any issues, they do the exchange or refund. But with this Canada laptop battery company, I did the purchasing by rush and I did order two batteries, one of those batteries was different than what was on their website, and in top of that it’s not holding the charge. I contacted them and they tried to convince me to keep it, and telling me it’s a good battery, in top of that giving a hard time to do the return, and refund. I end up filling a dispute case by PayPal. My advice Think twice before buying from them, and always use PayPal to secure your purchase.

Regarding the battery problem, you can see that the battery is normal through the battery detection software, but if you are not satisfied with our product, we will continue to negotiate with you through our email for subsequent solutions.

The battery didn't fit my computer…
The battery didn't fit my computer until I cut away two openings in the battery case to allow corresponding notches in the computer to seat properly. The battery life on full charge is only rated at 5 hours, and drops considerably faster than that - realistically 2 hours of regular use. Less than 1 hour in a zoom meeting. It could be my computer that's got issues, but this new battery is only slightly better than the OEM battery it replaced...

the new btty does not charge
the new btty does not charge. 0 avail, plugged in - not charging. i've tried several techniques - to no avail. last cs02 email was on 06.23. i've double checked all my folders, restored several weeks of deleted - nothing there. options: refund, new send me a new btty or tell me some technique known only to aliens. this is 2nd review. you gotta do better than this.

Great Battery, Great Service Experience
I looked around and eventually was referred to you by the Westend Memory Express in Edmonton. The site I was referred to was easy to find my battery for my laptop. Price was at a great price and delivery was fast and inexpensive. The battery I purchased came well packaged; bubblewrap and foam, and taped very well. The battery was delivered within 4 days of purchase. Included in the package was screw drivers to complete the job. Took 30 minutes from opening, installing and closing the laptop securely. I truly appreciate everything Canada laptop battery has done to make for a quick and easy install.

Fast shipping and product was well packed. Battery fitted perfectly and even a screw driver is provided. Charging has no issue and it retained the power well. However, the power doesn't last as long as my original OEM one

The delivery was super fast
The delivery was super fast. The battery looks to be of good quality (I haven't actually had time to install it yet.
One thing I would ask is do an invoice / Receipt automatically. Your customers should not have to message you to get a proper receipt. It would cost you nothing to e-mail one out upon ordering, Or at least include it in the package (Though that might cost a few pennies).
