My experience with Canada Camera Rentals was exceptional. There was a small hiccup initially because of availability of equipment (my fault for not renting earlier) but CCR went out of their way to turn the gear around faster for me. The gear itself was pristine (Canon R6 and 70-200 f2.8 L lens) and came carefully packed in a Pelican case.

Simple and easy. Everything was professional and friendly. I would easily rent from them again.

The lens I rented arrived on time and even included a nice thank you card and sticker. The staff were also very helpful when I was making the reservation online and had some questions.

It was easy to fill out the form online. Very fast email replies from staff when I had questions. Loved the fact that I didnt have to pay a security deposit. On time delivery by Purolator and on time pick up also. I will definitely rent from this company again even though there is a place 30 minutes away from me. I already started referring people to this company.

I recently rented a Sony 16-35 GM ii lens from CCR and was very pleased with my experience with this company. The lens arrived to me as promised and was in excellent condition. It was spotless and like new working condition. A well written instruction package was included explaining return procedures and other related information pertaining to the rental agreement. This was my first time renting from Will at Canada Camera Rentals, and it couldn’t have gone better. I rented the Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II for a week to shoot an event. The lens arrived quickly via courier, securely packed in a rugged Pelican case. Everything was in perfect condition, the lens was flawless, the glass crystal-clear, and all accessories were included.

The pricing was very reasonable, just under 10% of the cost to buy the lens new. Shipping was hassle-free, and the return process was just as smooth, complete with packaging and a return label.

Will was great to communicate with. He took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had about providing ID. After I returned the lens, they quickly confirmed receipt and verified everything was undamaged.

The equipment was in amazing condition. Shipping went a little haywire for a moment due to how rural I live but the communication and problem solving from the company was tip tier. And it turned out that it didn't end up getting here late anyway. I thoroughly enjoyed my time using the equipment and sending back was a breeze as well! Price was honestly so decent in my opinion. To try out a piece of equipment that will take me forever to save up for vs getting to use a camera and lens for a week, no comparison! Highly reccomend!!

Renting a lens from Canada Camera Rentals was incredibly easy! It was couriered to my door and had instructions and a return label for me to use when it was time to ship it back. The rental fee was a little high, but not having rented a lens before, maybe it’s right on par with anywhere else. Overall, very pleased with the experience - and the lens was outstanding.
