Had a great experience without any issues at all.
I got a 200-600mm E mount lens from them for about a week.
The big boy was well packed and shipped from Canmore Alberta to Toronto Ontario exactly as promised and on time.
I booked at home pickup and drop. It cost something extra but worth saving the time.
Lens quality was good. Instructions to store and return was clear.
Communication was prompt.
I would surely recommend anyone to rent from them if required.

I'm so happy to have found a rental place that ships CANADA-WIDE! I live outside of a city centre and the closest rental place is over an hour's drive one way. Canada Camera's shipping process meant I didn't have to waste 4 hours of my life in traffic for pick-up and drop-off. AND the rental rates are better.

Let's start off with how I screwed up the dates of something bad, making the rental a week late and useless. Reached out to them and requested a cancelation as their website showed no availability, and they were actually able to still secure me a lens, adjust the dates not once, but twice (I'm brutal, I know). Package was delivered in a very secure box with a high grade case holding the lens. Very in-depth details about the return process. Called out any issues with the lens in the documentation. Return label was ready to go for me. From start to finish, they were incredible to deal with, the product was high quality, and as simple as possible. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!
