The availability was excellent — even without booking far in advance, they had exactly what I needed, and the rates were extremely reasonable. The account setup and approval process was quick and easy, which made the whole experience stress-free right from the start.

Communication was outstanding. I received email updates throughout the entire process, including shipping notifications. When my shipment was briefly delayed due to weather, the owner personally reached out to let me know and offered support if needed — which I genuinely appreciated. The lens arrived the very next day, right on time.

Initial registration to be able to rent was fairly easy.
Once I completed the process, it was shipped and was her in one day.
Lens was in a pelican case, in excellent condition and functioned flawlessly!
The return process is easy as well and flexible to change. I needed to drop mine at the courier early due to a scheduling conflict. Communications were great throughout the process.

First time using Canada Camera Rentals and all I can say is Wow!, Wow! Wow! I had to send my Super Zoom in for service and decided I would rent a replacement for a couple weeks. I went on the CCR Website and filled out the easy to use forms. I had the rental lens on my doorstep in just over 1 1/2 days and I'm 3 Provinces away. The lens was packed extremely well in a hardshell case and came with everything I would need to return it later (shipping labels etc.). CCR made it very easy and I really appreciated. Will definitely rent again!!
