Excellent weekend event at Camper UK Leisure Park
We enjoyed the weekend at the Camper UK Leisure Park which is well maintained and cared for by John and Kelly who are always very welcoming and helpful with any queries or info we require. Dean and his family are generous with their time and money to fund such an event and be hands on for the whole weekend, well done to them and thank you very much, we will see you all at the next event!

Friendly and professional staff
Friendly and professional staff. Excellent service form Jack went in for new tyres on auto trail and were informed we needed new brake pads and discs it was all done straight away on the same day. A big thankyou to camper uk and to Jack.

5 stars because the problem was fixed and I was not confident it was possible with an 18 year old vehicle.

Excellent customer service
We had a motorhome floor replacement and habitation check. The floor took several weeks and has been beautifully done and the motorhome cleaned to remove all traces of dust from the work. The habitation check was carried out thoroughly and we needed a new part ordering and fitting. Everything works well now. We were kept updated as promised by Chloe who provided excellent customer service throughout. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Motorhome repair.
I took my motorhome in for a couple of issues which they successfully resolved. The service they provided from reception, explanation of work required and handover of vehicle was excellent. The staff were cheerful and polite.

Excellent service as usual
Excellent service as usual all delivered in a professional and friendly manner. Jack especially went the extra mile and found the bus times for me to go into Lincoln whilst I was waiting for the work on my motorhome to be done.

I needed a controller for caravan…
I needed a controller for caravan fridge at short notice for upcoming holiday in Caravan. They took the time to research what i required and managed to order me one in quick time and get delivered to me before my holiday. They were very considerate to my urgency , good communication and a very reliable company. Thanks to them my caravan fridge is working again in time for holiday. Will always recommend and use again. Excellent
Bought our new motorhome from Camper Uk last year and was extremely satisfied with the sales team and technicians who did the handover.
Returned today for our first habitation check, extremely efficient from booking a date with Chloe on service desk to the technician Danny who carried out the checks today. Couple of small problems which had been reported and claimed under warranty by Connor also fixed at the same time.
Nothing is too much trouble, efficient, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
This is the reason we are prepared to do a 200 mile round trip

Had my motorhome in for a replacement…
Had my motorhome in for a replacement canopy to be fitted, was looked after by Chloe (a very pleasant young lady) who kept me informed of the progress throughout the job. The workshop did the job to an excellent standard and left the inside of the van extremely clean and tidy.
