Time to trade in Caravan for a Motorhome
The time had come to trade in our caravan for a motorhome and Camper UK were a delight to deal with. Special mention to Glynn who effectively held our hand throughout the process. A huge stock of new motorhomes to look at and all under cover. All the staff are brilliant and Gary who did our handover could not have done more. Well Done All and Thank You.

Van Repairs - Internal and external
Again, I did not buy from Camper but they have proved to be excellent in solving my vans issues. Jack has been a star in looking after the organisation of these repairs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re truly sorry if the communication around your enquiry did not meet your expectations.
Since your review, our General Manager has attempted to reach you via phone and email, as we would have liked the opportunity to discuss this with you directly. Speaking to the salesman, he mentioned he respond to your enquiry the same day and provided an initial indication for what we would offer for your part exchange. He acknowledges that you wanted further information on the Burstner, however as the van is yet to arrive on stock he believes the conversation was left that he would touch base when the motorhome was present at the dealership. The vehicle you enquired is not due for another couple of weeks, but we understand there was a gap of a week from initial enquiry to the time of your review and a update could have prevented a negative experience.
Your enquiry was logged and not forgotten, but we appreciate that clearer updates would have been helpful. If you would still like an update on the vehicle in question or would like to speak directly with our General Manager, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we would very much welcome the opportunity to put things right.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is the rating of our Camper UK experience. On our initial visit we were warmly greeted by Richard who informed us we can view current stock & he’d be available to answer any questions we may have, “no pushy salesman” in sight. We did look at other Campervan dealers but the service from Camper UK felt honest & reliable. So we contacted Richard who advised, guided & answered all of our questions, as a result that is where we bought our van. The handover from Gary was a thorough affair, his is someone who knows his stuff and all about the vehicles. With a pleasant manner he explained the operation of our new van as well as some user tips to keep our van in prestige condition. Overall our purchase of a camper van from Camper UK was pleasant, positive experience.
A big thank you to Richard & Gary.

Our first experience dealing with CamperUK and we were delighted by the genuinely customer focused, friendly & professional team.
Hab check warranty work, minor repair and after sales fitting of a new air conditioning unit carried out expertly and kept fully informed of progress, by Sarah, throughout.
A star mention to the accessories shop who were really helpful in offering their professional advice about cleaning products and even went to the trouble of finding us a sample to test out.
Without doubt, CamperUK will be our one and only go-to establishment for all our future UK motorhome supply and service needs.

Wonderful service levels…
Despite not buying our motorhome from camper they have always looked after it. Always efficient and friendly they have gone out of their way to resolve last minute problems and fought our corner on warranty claims beyond warranty period.

These guys went way above and beyond to help us with our motorhome when we were let down by another company. From picking it up and storing it for us to finding a buyer and getting a decent price for us, we are very appreciative of all their help. We would’ve been stuck without them.

Bought a new campervan and after I got…
Bought a new campervan and after I got it home spotted a rust spot on the side door. It took them nearly three months to finally deal with it, and when I asked them to do a quick valet on the van whilst they were sorting the paint work this was refused. On getting the van home I was disgusted to see the mess they had made in the van after doing the work. Glyn was very good and came to my house and took the van to be valeted. Following this I realised that I had been short changed on the the road tax and I had lost a months tax. The manager emailed me to apologise and said he would reimburse me, which he conspicuously failed to do. It was only when I had to go back to the showroom to finish the work on the decals that I mentioned it to Glyn that he eventually dropped £30 on the table and said there you are. At the very least I expected the manager to come out of his office and apologise but no, clearly he thought he was above that sort of thing. If his attitude is what permeates down to his staff then I would strongly advise anyone to think long and hard before using this firm. Personally I wont be going anywhere near them in the future

Thanks for your feedback. The delay was due to a fully booked workshop, but we did our best to fit your van in as soon as possible and complete the work to a good standard.
The vehicle wasn’t clean on arrival, and a valet wasn’t included in the agreed work. We always aim to return vehicles in the condition they were received, but a full interior clean wasn’t part of the service requested.
Your road tax refund was processed and given to you in the form of a cash payment while you were visiting us.

We had a delamination of flooring on…
We had delamination of flooring on our beautiful Burstner Nexxo motorhome. We received first class communication from Connor, detailed timings and collection time.
On arrival we were introduced to Dan, the dedicated technician who would be undertaking the repair.
Well, the replacement floor covering was of excellent fit and the colour difference of old and new is rarely noticeable. Thank you Dan.
We found Sarah, the receptionist, very helpful.
Connor, thank you for bringing our date forward and for the excellent work carried out by your team.
