Again, a great service by Camper UK. A solar panel failed on my Motorhome and a simple email to Camper UK had a replacement sourced within a day by David in the spares dept. As I don’t live near to them they arranged shipping. At my request they also arranged for the purchase of a matching 2nd until. Overall, a faultless process.

After a painful experience with a previous company we decided to go to Camper UK in Lincoln. We browsed their showroom & they had some lovely vans in stock. All the staff were fantastic. Especially Carl Taylor who eventually became our Salesman for the purchase of the new fantastic Laika Kosmo 6m van.
Nothing was to much trouble. Very happy.

Thank you to the staff for looking after us when we had our motorhome in for service, m.o.t,cambelt water-pump and hab check.Also they allowed a windscreen company in to their workshop to replace our windscreen. Thanks to John and James for keeping us informed at every stage.

Recently been in to enquiry about an awning from Camper uk. Found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After taking all the information in we went ahead and brought an awning and couldn’t be happy with it.

After a lengthy 11-hour round trip to collect our new van from Camper UK, we were initially satisfied with the sales process and the handover. Although the handover was generally good, one of the roof vents was hanging off, which they hadn't noticed but did fix before we left. However, upon returning home, we discovered several issues.
Firstly, the logbook was incorrect as the vehicle had been registered in the wrong colour. Additionally, the rear roof vent had a problem, screw caps were missing inside the door, the gas regulator wasn't changed as agreed, the media centre was incorrectly wired, and the bathroom mirror had been replaced but not put back in its original position, leaving a hole and glue on the wall. These issues are certainly not what we expected after picking up a new van, especially given that Camper UK had three weeks to prepare it.
Camper UK has offered to collect the van and rectify all the problems, but we have declined. After several emails and the issues we experienced, we have lost all confidence in them and prefer to sort everything out ourselves.
I wanted to share our experience to caution others. Before purchasing from Camper UK, I strongly advise reading all the reviews online. Based on our experience, I certainly won't be recommending or purchasing from them again.

From meeting Dean and Evie at the Nec show and ordering our new motorhome, to picking it up a few weeks later at Camper Uk, my wife and I had complete faith and trust in this company that they would be refreshingly different from other dealerships that we had come across and that we wouldn’t be disappointed with our choices both to purchase from them and the motorhome we chose.
We had an unbelievably in depth handover from Gary who was just so easy to get on with and didn’t mind the many questions we threw at him.
We had a stay over at Camper uk’s Leisure park to get used to the van and check all was well. This is just a brilliant and stunning campsite, big shout out to John and Kelly there for looking after us.
We then returned to Camper Uk the next day to retrieve some items we’d managed to leave in the old van and check out a couple of minor issues but we must say that these were dealt with without hesitation. We managed to meet and speak to so many of the team, James, Julie, Alex, David, Simon, Harrison and Aaron who were all so friendly and willing to give advice and guidance. All in all a wonderful experience, so thank you Camper UK.

These guys over the last few months have consistently let me down in dealing with ongoing service and maintenance issues. I’ll not go into all the details, but it resulted in me having to contact Dean Hyde, their MD. He was full of platitudes in detailing his commitment to customer service but it was all really just words, as his actions spoke louder and unless I chased nothing happened, there was zero proactive customer service.
While I’m sure many people have had positive experiences with them, I simply ask you this.
If you are going to spend £80-200k with them do you want to risk going through the customer service hell I’ve been subjected too? Might it be better to look elsewhere?

The bed in my nearly new motorhome had a problem, I was due to go away in it a week later. The guys at CamperUK fitted me in before my trip, they installed a new part and sorted an issue with the passenger door. Can't ask for more than that! Big shout out to Connor, James and Dave, thanks guys!

We visited yesterday and was very politely met by Dan. The first few minutes of any business and how you're dealt with are critical to continuing with the visit. From the start he was extremely helpful and obliging. We are wanting to purchase a Carthago liner for two or e line. He switched on the lights and showed us to each van but importantly left us alone to relax and look properly. He has offered us a test drive in an Iveco van and a Mercedes to compare which is excellent. Thank you

After buying our Motorhome from Camper UK two years ago, following the initial sales process (which was great), the servicing and warranty post-sales service is an absolute joke.
Not the quality of the work - the customer service / incorrect information, and communication - to the point where the team lies to cover up their incompetencies! This isn’t once, but has now happened every time we have been back to Camper UK. We have been told the work has been completed when it hasn’t (after leaving the motorhome for a week with them), and then had to wait hours or on one occasion had to get the train back home and pick it up the following week - this week after leaving the Motorhome for 2 weeks for service, MOT and some warranty work, and after having received confirmation all work was finished, and asking when we could collect it, we sent a confirmation e-mail to confirm and make it clear we needed a quick turnaround to get home for a meeting - on arrival nothing appeared to be ready and we were told it would be a 10 minute wait whilst they moved vehicles around to get ours out. After 1.5 hours and numerous complaints, we finally discovered that even after all the confirmations that all work was completed, they had ‘forgot’ to carry out all the work!! This is the 4th time this has happened - not a one-off!! - if our warranty wasn’t through Camper UK we would not be going back! All it took was a call, but there appears to be no management coordination between the team on the desks and the team carrying out the work - manage your customers expectations and don’t tell lies!

A special mention to Jack at camper UK, as well as all of those involved in the assistance, help and accommodating manner that we experienced as a result of a rather unusual catastrophic overhead bed failure on our Burstner elegance. Not only did we encounter nothing but a completely professional and helpful staff but the willingness to assist in any way possible to very kindly squeeze us in and help resolve the issues. We cannot thank you all enough and will continue to not only recommend but use you from now on with anything of this nature. The travel from Southampton is worth it.
