Really convenient
The option to pay for my marketing upon the sale of the property instead of upfront came at the best time and the fact that it was so easy to do made it better. It was a quick process and very straight forward. It has reduced a lot of stress that I usually feel when having to do anything tech based. Super simple.

Absolute rip off
Committed to “going live”and two hours later I get told there is a buyer who the agent already had, still wanted to change me for the signboard and open house brochure which I didn’t get either of, and the fee for paying later, that’s some interest rate!

I understand you need to protect your charges, but sellers/owners should be made away, not just an email requesting the info.

They have given us more flexibility and…
They have given us more flexibility and funded us through the marketing costs very quickly. It was really making our marketing campaign faster and more efficient. Also, they charged an extra fee for using the campaign marketing provider, and I think it is a fair fee. Thank you for your assistance.

Didnt seem to get a lot compared to…
Didnt seem to get a lot compared to another property we sold on mid north coast. They were half the price for a far better package. Fly through house, lots of outside drone shots, just seemed to get a basic few photos from your presentation.

Straight forward process
The process was straightforward and easy to implement. I found it was a convenient way for us to pay for our marketing and took some of the stress away knowing we had a bit of leeway with marketing expenses.
