Campaign Agent is a great firm to utilise in buying and selling properties
I have been with Campaign Agent for few years now and experienced that they are great. So far with 3 purchases 2 sales they helped a lot to allow enough time to pay off arrears if not paid during property settlement date.

CampaignAgent is a separate service that gives vendors the option to either pay upfront or defer payment for marketing costs. When Pay Later is selected, we cover those costs on your behalf, which is why a fee applies. This is different from an agent including or absorbing those costs within their commission structure.
That said, we appreciate that expectations can vary depending on past experiences, and your feedback highlights how important it is that these differences are clearly explained upfront by the agent.

When the invoice and pay later option is sent via sms it is not obvious that there is a fee involved in the pay later option. It is quite upfront in the email version but was not on the sms version.
