Well as far as I am concerned when you are the person that pays for it to be advertised and you are using an agent it belongs to you NOT the AGENT so I should be able to transfer it to my new agent to be able to use, as I paid for it therefore, I own it NOT THE AGENT and when I tried to join the bill from Harcourts to Carter Cooper there is a 6.8% charge what a joke and then because I paid it with my credit card I got charged an extra $17.00 for making sure you had your payment instant you have to be kidding me, Not only I paid for Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au and you people seem to think it belongs to Harcourt not me well they should have had to pay for it as they weren't good enough to sell our place and we get stuck with the Bill Campaign Agent needs to have a re think as I am sure you wouldn't pay for something and it's not yours. I really think this is disgusting taking extra money out of people when they didn't fulfill their job and you for not allowing it to be transferred as I paid for it, so I own it not Harcourts. WHAT A JOKE.

Deceptive advertising re % interest …Realeaste agent did not understand product.
Took longer to approve than expected. Product was forced due to elders require up front payment

So easy to apply...Saves a big hassle about money and make it happen on settlement instead.A very worthwhile useful option.This is my first time using and if needed wouldnt hesitate to use again.Thankyou so much.
