Have used camera exchange recently to sell my camera gear. They have been excellent and speedy in the service they provide. The quote given was the best of all the retailers and online buying companies out there.

The courier arrived promptly and the equipment arrived nect day at camera exchange. Within a few days i had the money in my bank account.

If i was to sell again i would certainly try these guys first. Communications and customer service are 5 star.

I contacted the Camera Exchange to see what i could get for my old DSLR. The quote came back very quickly and the amount was a very fair price. So with all the info and a packing label I duely sent it off. The money was in the bank within a few days. couldn't be more simple.

Efficient and fast receipt of payment

Exactly as advertised. enter your details (or email them directly) for a price on your equipment. box it up, send it off, and get paid. They are super quick in responding and paid me as soon as the item was received and inspected. Sure, you may get a smudge more for your equipment on eBay etc but is it worth the hassle?!

Got a quote on-line for my camera, accepted it, and sent it off in the post as instructed. Very shortly afterwards, I received the agreed payment in my account without any difficulties. Would happily use this company again.

I have now sold 2 cameras to Camera Exchange Store and would highly recommend them. The customer service is outstanding and they keep you updated with constant emails.
I sent my camera on Tues morning and the money was paid directly into bank account the following day. I feel that the prices offered for the cameras are very reasonable and as I say, instant cash and no hassles!!! I will continue to use this company.

This couldn't be easier. Received an agreeable quote for a DSLR (Nikon d5000), free post label, and send off. Then within a 4 days received a bank transfer of the monies.

The only improvement I'd suggest, is more granularity around the status (such as, received, unboxed and checking, check complete, bank transfer).

I'd certainly use them again and recommend them - as they did offer a better rate than anyone else.

I was not disappointed in selling my camera to this company at all. When my camera arrived with them, they emailed me at once to tell me the value was a little less then estimate they had given. They offered to return my camera to me and refund my postage.
I decided to go a head with the sale though and was pleased I did.
A very friendly and helpful company. My money to a little time to go into my account, but this was my fault and they were very understanding and supportive in sorting out the blip. Nothing was to much trouble for them.
I highly recommend them and will certainly sell to them in the future.

I did a quotation search to dispose of some surplus camera gear amongst a variety of Camera Shops; Camera Exchange came on top. I emailed a list to them, received a quotation that day and accepted it. They arranged collection, and payment was in my Bank Account two days after that. An excellent service.
