Won’t reply after interview
Doesn’t reply after interview to give feedback or rejection. Manager openly admits during interview that he doesn’t know what he’s doing, don’t care about the quality of the store, very disrespectful and deserves to be called out. Stay clear if you give a single shit about how they treat people.

With over 300 applicants for this role, it isn’t always possible to provide individual feedback to every candidate. That decision is purely logistical and not personal.
The manager you’re referring to is actually the owner and one of the most genuine and dedicated people you could meet. He cares deeply about the store and our customers. I’d even go as far to say he lives and breathes the business.
Our 900+ five-star reviews and 50+ years in business reflect the consistent hard work and standards upheld by him and his family over decades.
While we respect everyone’s right to share their opinion, we don’t appreciate you trying to publicly and unfairly tear down a family run business.

Probably the best company in Ireland !
Probably the best company in Ireland i ever dealt with. Rang them up at 3pm to ask if they could dispatch my order (delonghi coffee machine) same day, and they did everything in their power to look after me. Next day my delivery was with me! Secure packaging, great customer service! This is exactly what it should look like everywhere. Thanks very much guys.
