I purchased an ex demo Caddiemaster 500. Unfotunately there was a problem with it and I returned it to them. They responded quickly to advise there was a problem that they were unable to remedy, and to offer me a Brand new Caddiemaster 400.
I decided I did not wish to take up the offer but requested a refund. To my delight there were no quibbles or delays and my payment refunded promptly.

Well built solid equipment. Having only used it once, so far, am pleased with the way it handles and responds even on very wet fairways.

Having looked seriously at reviews of various electric trolleys, I was impressed by the reports on the Caddiemaster 400 range. They also appeared to offer value for money so I decided to purchase the 400 EDC. Prior to purchase,however, I had a query and my phone call was handled very courteously - the follow up to this was also promptly dealt with. Having purchased the trolley, I was very pleased to have it delivered within three days. I have now used it for the first time and it has lived up to all expectations. I can certainly recommend it.

Could not give an opinion on after sales, as there seems to be none available, Two telephone messages and an email, just to enquire in regard to delivery progress.
Has failed to elicit any response, draw your own conclusion.

Having had my Caddiemaster 400 trolley purchased me for Christmas last year it was only in April I started using it, and only once a week. By the end of May the drive shaft had snapped, when I contacted caddiemaster via email (48hrs response quoted) they ignored the email, I eventually got through by telephone and was met by an abrupt owner who reluctantly sent me out a new part for me to fix myself. This same problem has occured again, and again I sent an e-mail (no response again) I got through by phone and told them it is a design fault and sending a new part will not fix the problem, I then asked for a refund of which the owner told me in no uncertain terms that 'this will not happen'. I sent the trolley to them and they have repaired it and sent it back, I have since brought a better quality trolley from a reputable retailer and will not be using the caddiemaster. To say I am dissapointed is an understatement and I will not recommend them to anyone at my golf club.

I have had golf trolleys for twenty years. When my Hillbilly gave up the ghost I decided to look for something different. An hour on the Net comparing specifications and prices produced one trolley which stood out from the rest. The Caddiemaster gave me the straight option of returning it if I didn't like the look of it. When it arrived I found it robust and neat and outstanding for the price, stylish to look at and lighter than it looks. After two weeks I am entirely satisfied with performance and will report on battery longevity in due course.

Telephone/support contact could be improved. Delivery was quite quick but no response to query what day I could expect it to arrive so as to be here to recieve it. Trolley itself is great - so far. One aspect does not seem to work - adjusting trim via the remote but am following this up. All in all a great product at a good price and a pleasant company to deal with.

I recently bought a Caddiemaster 400 and was delighted when it arrived 3 days after ordering it. It is just like a powacaddy but half the price. I have used it four times in the last two weeks and have to say it is the smoothest trolley I have owned. Caddiemater answered my questions really quickly and were a delight to deal with - Thank you!

Ordered a replacement battery. Arrived very quickly, and included a bag (which I didn't expect). Would thoroughly recommend.

Good value for money, easy to manage handled the terrain really well and light enough to carry and packs small enough to fit in the boot with the clubs without dropping the seat down, my car is a focus.

Product arrived as advertised within a couple of days. I have already used it three times and find it light, easily stowed and transported. looking forward now to long term satisfaction with what promises to be a very good buy!

My trolley is 18 months old. Original battery failed at 6 months. Handle became loose due to inadequate single fixing into plastic, I made 2 special bolts to resolve. The consequent rigidity of the handle caused it to crack and fracture across the slot. I made a new handle from mild steel tube with a milled slot and now all works well. Whilst stripping the handle, the rotary control returned to it's many component parts and was replaced by a 'Hillbilly' quality item. For the last 2 months the trolley has performed well. My previous trolley was a 'Hillbilly' which performed with no problems for 10 years.

Online ordering was easy to follow and delivery was prompt. The item was easy to assemble on delivery.

Recently I had to return my trolley due to technical problem however after an initial confusion it was returned promptly and now working efficiently and I am happy with its performance on our hilly course

Happy with the trolley but not so happy with the battery.
I have only used the trolley twice and despite upgrading to the 27hole battery I find it starts to run out of power by the 16th green.
I have just returned from holiday today the 12th June & intend to play golf at my local club 'Barkwaypark golf club' tomorrow, if the battery still isn't lasting I will let u know.

from ordering to receiving trolley very immpresive.
the speed control is very difficult to use on the move,some times one click can alter the speed by 2 or three 3 numbers, and some times the wrong way, so it may either lurch forward or stop
