Last-minute parties are honestly some of our favorites lol — the energy is different when everyone's just happy it came together.
Glad our bartender delivered and that the booking process was smooth from the start. That's exactly how it should work, you reach out, we move fast, and your guests don't even know it was last-minute.
We'd love to be your go-to for the next one. See you then!

We hired two bartenders and a bar back for a 200-person corporate gala. Communication was seamless from start to finish. The team arrived on time, fully insured, and completely prepared. You can tell they take their national roster seriously—the local staff they sent were TIPS-certified and highly experienced. Highly recommend if you need a dependable team that you can trust to show up.

Miles, this made our day — a 200-person gala is no joke and our team showed up and handled it. That's exactly the standard we hold ourselves to. Appreciate you taking the time, means a lot to us.

We hired By The Hour Bartending for our wedding and they were hands down one of our favorite vendors. Planning a wedding is stressful, but they made the bar setup so easy by giving us an exact shopping list so we didn't overspend or run out of anything. On the big day, they showed up right on time, set up quickly, and kept the line moving all night. The drinks were incredible—people are still talking about the signature cocktails! They kept the bar area spotless and even made sure my husband and I always had a fresh drink in hand while we were taking photos. If you want a bartending team that genuinely cares and keeps the party going, hire them!

Sarah, okay this literally made us smile. "people are still talking about the signature cocktails" is exactly what we live for. Weddings are high stakes and we don't take that lightly. So glad we could make at least one part of your day totally stress-free. Congrats to you and your husband, and thank you for trusting us with it! 🥂

This company is the real deal. They provided us with a custom alcohol shopping list based on our guest count, which saved us so much money since we bought the liquor ourselves. The staff arrived exactly on time, were fully certified, and served incredible signature drinks. No hidden fees or surprise travel charges—just honest, reliable hourly pricing.
Antwort von By The Hour Bartending
Appreciate you calling that out — the no-hidden-fees thing is something we're really intentional about. What you see in the quote is what you pay, period. Glad the shopping list saved you some money too, that's the whole point. Thanks for trusting us!

I was terrified of hiring an online staff service for my wedding, but By The Hour Bartending proved to be completely legitimate. They stayed in touch throughout the planning process, and our certified bartender arrived early, set up flawlessly, and was incredibly professional. Having the $2M liability insurance gave us huge peace of mind. Will definitely use them again!

Kelly, "terrified" and then "completely legitimate" — that's the glow-up we love to see lol. The $2M insurance isn't just a checkbox for us, it's part of why people can actually relax on their wedding day instead of worrying. So glad it gave you that peace of mind. Congrats on the big day!

The bartender Jasmine was excellent! Her drinks were tasteful and overall great. She was able to make connections with the guests and was willing help to when needed. She also was on time and very flexible. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jasmine!

Jasmine is literally one of our favorites and this review is everything 😭 The way she connects with guests is just chef's kiss — that's not something you can train, she just has it. So glad she made your event special. We'll let her know she's been requested 😂 Thank you!!

I saw some mixed reviews and wasn't sure what to expect but I took the chance and am really glad that I did! The communication throughout the whole process was amazing. The service was excellent and our guests had nothing but good things to say. I would definitely recommend and would use them in the future again!

Ryan was super communicative during the whole process and also provided me with a personalized shopping list.
Our bartender was Peter and he was super outgoing and added to the vibes of our event. He was extremely helpful with set up and clean up and couldn't have asked for a better bartender.
Thank you! Will book again in the future

I don't trust a site that has taken everything on it from another company...
We had an amazing bartender!! Art was super cool and made amazing drinks! Very easy to book. Sent a list of everything needed. Highly recommend
Antwort von By The Hour Bartending
Art is genuinely one of the best we've got and this doesn't surprise us one bit 😤 Easy booking, clear communication, amazing drinks — that's the whole package. We'll make sure he sees this. Thanks Violet!!

Hired them and they didn't show up. They also claim to have tons of reviews on Trustpilot but there aren't any. Business is a scam.
Paid for the service and no bartender showed up! 0 stars DO NOT HIRE!
